We have just received news from Saint Germain, Sanat Kumara, and Lord Melchizedek through our channeled teachings that on the day of the Fall Equinox we were blessed upon this earth of the Blue Flame of Will and Power to be fully grounded within the Earth.
This is a miraculous event as when we work with the Rays of God we are imbued with their qualities on a personal level and send it through the grids into GAIA. Now the planet can accept Will and Power to be her guide and each of her inhabitants. Understanding the background information of this Ray will assist each individual to fully comprehend the turn of events in our history at the present time.
The following is a brief description of the ray and the overlighting beings within the ray essence. The Elders that Surround the Throne of Grace actually impart the ray energies to each of the Beings that work within this ray from the Cosmic Level of the 49th dimension. Each ray also is integrated within the first seven chakras to make up the higher essence within our chakra system and preparing us for the fifth dimensional body to be activated.

Now that this ray is grounded within GAIA it means that these beautiful Beings of Light are assisting each of us on the planet in a more direct manner. The qualities of this ray include strength, will, power, truthfulness, understanding with compassion, fearlessness with an ability to flow through any challenge with the Light of God integrated within our expression, and the ability to handle large groups of people.
As you can see the power of this ray is now within us, and it is time for us to step into our world with the acceptance of compassion, love, tolerance, protection, and faith. What we have been experiencing is the lower aspect of this ray which includes arrogance, control, obstinacy, anger, and working within the lower ego to get what we have needed.
This is truly a step towards the New Earth, but we have much work that we still need to do within ourselves and with each other. As we raise our vibrational frequency to the 5th dimension, we need to acknowledge where we have come from and show compassion for others doing the same. This is where our true essence will be our guide as we walk together as the Pioneers of the New Earth.
So you might say, “How do I activate this ray within me?”
There are several ways to do so. You can call upon any of the overlighting Beings to assist you with this process and the ray frequency will come to you, breathe in the Blue Flame into your physical essence, or utilize the chant “I” to actualize it through you.
This is going to help each individual to go deeper within themselves and feel their Will and Power from the God essence and not the physical or lower self. Many individuals are still acting within their lower ego which is the physical self. They have not learned to integrate their Higher Mind through the Higher Self. Working with this ray is going to assist tremendously as it will be ignited through a vibrational frequency. Since it is already in place upon the Earth, this process is only going to allow it to be manifested more deeply within all individuals upon the planet.
This is our first step in accelerating the Earth into Terra Christa, the New Earth. As new energies come forward and we do the necessary work, then the other rays will follow in succession. But until that time, we need to be balanced within the ray, allow it to work through each of us individually and make our necessary changes so that others can do the same.
It is a wondrous time and this event has never happened on any planetary system. Thanks need to go to each of the Lightworkers for doing their part in this acceleration process that we are all a part of in each moment.
When I first starting writing this blog, I realized Saint Germain and myself were One Essence. Many of what I wrote comes from my understanding of being on the Pathway of Mastery for almost 20 years but realized that his essence was overlighting the material with intensity and great love for all of humanity.

Acceleration is our state of being recently. I don’t think it is going to change any time soon as time is speeded up between the past, present and future. Our crystalline bodies are being activated cell-by-cell, igniting memories, and helping to change our physical bodies to become All That We Are.
One would say that it is a very powerful time indeed for all species of the human race upon GAIA even for the ones that are not aware of why they are feeling the way that they do. Mastery represents the ability to not know where you are going but you just continue on the walk towards enlightenment of the soul. It is when we try to figure every step out through our lower self that gets us into trouble of not flowing with the movement of the tides.
Presently we are in the midst of the full moon of Aquarius within Leo which is pushing us even further to go into the depths of our soul. This means that we must start to understand the changes that are taking place within us to see what works and what does not in order to assimilate the new Being that we are becoming. If we stay within the confines of our lower self either through our thoughts or emotions, it is going to push us into the darker places within our existence. We will feel the turmoil of the changes through our mind trying to figure everything out. We must stop the Merry-Go-Round and get off as we connect with our Higher Self and I AM Presence to assist us through this process. This is why we like to hear from the Ascended Masters and Beings as it helps us to understand the process that we may be experiencing. It takes us away from the confines of deep despair that can overtake us emotionally and keep us stuck in our old selves.
Now is the time to understand that we are becoming the Masters for the New Earth. We must take responsibility for ourselves and the planet that we have chosen to incarnate upon. We become our own internal leaders. This is what this full moon brings to us ~ to allow the creation of our Divine Spirit to become manifest within the physical world.
We have traveled far and wide to come to these junctures of time, through the many levels of incarnations, timelines, and journeys to the outer reaches of the many universes of time to arrive into this exact space. We are here to create our new reality. Gaia is changing and we are also changing with her. Each of us must be reflective in what they want to do with these accelerated energies within our four-body system. The pathway of Mastery is at our command but if we allow others influence to bind us into a new paradigm of existence, then we are not the leaders of the New Earth but following someone else’s ideal of ascension.
It saddens me to see so much information out in the world that is not focused upon the idea of the Source of Light and that we are here to create that essence upon Gaia. The information that is being shared and taught by many individuals is filtered within the confines of the lower forces that have controlled this planet for eons of time. Those of us that are stepping out of that paradigm are walking a pathway that none that has ever done. This is the most challenging walk that you could ever take. If you are being pulled into another’s way of thinking because you think it is the way out, the way of ascension, then there is still a whole lot more for you to work through in your journey upon this Earth.
Ascension represents the ability to DE-SCEND YOUR HIGHEST ESSENCE INTO THE PHYSICAL BODY.
Some may think that it is just the opposite that you meet your Higher Self by activating your Merkabah Vehicle and raise your DNA to an accelerated state so that you leave Gaia’s essence even though she is transitioning into a fifth dimensional arena. Some individuals think that one day they will wake up in another dimension and wonder how they are going to take their possessions with them. Along with all of these new ways of activating their essence, great gifts appear to them. Many newly awakened lightworkers have wonderful gifts to share and do so. They are so very powerful and those of us that have been holding the light for this planet for thousands of years working through our inner reflections are in awe of these individuals of how quickly they can achieve such powers within their physical bodies. But yet, each of us are doing the same even though it may be easier for others to do so.
What the Starseeds and the Newly Awakened Ones do not realize that they too have come with their baggage to release. They may be new to this planet but we were all created at the same time so where have they been in between? They have traveled in many places and also have timelines to work through. If this is their first lifetime on this earth, they then have to become accustomed to the physical body in human form. It is somewhat archaic in their eyes and may not be able to assimilate all the functions of the four-body system as others that are used to being in human form. Transition is happening to everyone at this time. We all want to be in a higher state of existence of love, joy, and feeling blissful.
When we all start to awaken, we are excited to see that there can be a new world to live upon. It is when we really start to walk the journey, that we feel overwhelmed of the work that needs to be done. So some find other ways to exit into a new reality instead of accessing all realities of the self into the existence of the human form we have taken on this lifetime. The lower ego or lower self is the way of existence and rules the mind and the heart. The gifts that higher dimensional beings access can be utilized while being in lower ego, but it is not the rule of the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light. The gifts will come later through the diligence and hard work that is necessary as guided through Lord Sanat Kumara and the Planetary Logos, Lord Buddha.
Ascension is not a way to escape. It is about the process of allowing our Higher Self to first become integrated within the physical. At first, it happens in the consciousness and work has to be done to allow it to happen. Then the process continues through the initiations of Mastery. Not all lightworkers step into the pathway of mastery but it is the way to live for hundreds of years, in a youthful condition, while accessing all the spiritual gifts that are available. But it takes great responsibility and diligent practice to sustain the energies. Not all lightworkers will be able to sustain this diligence of hard work. Some will go to the programs that promise enlightenment of raising their DNA before the physical body is ready to handle it. It has all been done before. Atlantis was a major testing ground for accessing these energies and this is what we are experiencing presently.
Lemuria and Atlantis are here right now within each of us. We have lived there before whether it was in one or both of the continents. The age of technology and working with the Galactic races was commonplace at that time. We have all arrived back again upon GAIA to make it work once again.
It is up to each of us individually how we are going to interact, be within ourselves, and commit to the contracts that are dear to our souls. Ascension is happening to every one of us but not all will be able to commit to the Pathway of Mastery.
Mastery represents the Spiritual Hierarchy with the Brotherhood of White Light that was started by Lord Sanat Kumara in Lemuria when the downfall of the energies started to occur. He put the Goddesses and their teachings in hiding so the lower forces could not access them. They are now coming out of hiding but there comes with it a strict enforcement of upholding the teachings of the Melchizedek Priesthood and not all individuals that are ascending are permitted to walk this pathway.
The work of accessing the Higher Self must be adhered to diligently. We came into body and forgot who we were. We are now learning to access our Higher Knowledge through our Higher Self and I AM Presence. The pathway of learning about our Soul’s history so that it may be rectified presently is the most important aspect of being a leader for the New Earth. Not all will have the ability to be strong enough or diligent to sustain this journey as it is not for the ones that cannot look at their own mirror and see the inner reflection of the old self. The timelines must be acknowledged and either released or accepted. The initiation process must be brought up through the Councils of Light and all that occurs must always be put into wholeness.
The aspect of Oneness comes from the accessibility of the Creative Source of Light that was the defining rule in the beginning. Each of us comes from this source through the Divine Mother and Father God, through our I AM Presence, and our Monad, into our Higher Self then integrated within the physical body. But because Earth has been a low density planet, the frequencies of the Source could not be acknowledged until a person’s consciousness could accept the fact that they were One with the All.
When a human wakes up into these essences, they then start to accept that they are more than what they thought they were. They are the God Essence, they are one with all. But in human form it is just the opposite so confliction takes place. It can be confusing to figure out what is in Oneness and what is within the self. This is where the lower ego steps in and an individual fully as to accept the fact that their mind of the human body is not the mind of the Higher Self. So the deep work begins for the Initiate or Chela that is ready to step into a world of tests, initiations, and trials by error. But there is always the chance that an initiate will be so consumed by their lower desires that they think they are more than they are and will not be willing to continue the trials. This is when an individual becomes infused with the gifts they have instead of what they need to go through within the process. This is when an initiate becomes unaware of who they truly are and it creates more infiltration of lower energies to be created within them.
This is the Division of the Soul and what we are presently experiencing upon the Earth. It is the choice of each individual soul to understand what they need to be doing in each moment to stand in their own truth and stay within the rules of their contractual soul agreement.
We have many thoughts of ascension in and around the world. The only way that an individual is going to access their Higher Self is to work through the process of accelerating their physical body to reach the higher self. Pushing it through DNA activations or Merkabah accelerations help in the process but it is the defining energy of each person’s Higher Self to fully accept the challenges that they will go through. Being aware of infiltration of channels that are not bringing in the highest quotient of Light and that a channel is only as good as his Higher Self and I AM Presence allows him/her to be. Each channel must go through this process in order to receive the highest frequency available and it must be done within the Unified Whole or 144th dimensional reality that is the Source of Light. Anything less than this is questionable and it is up to the discretion of each individual to learn about protection, to access their Gate Keeper through the channeling, and to make sure that the energy is of the highest quality available for that Lightworker to be the conduit of the energies.

I have asked Meleriessee to share this information as she is a teacher of ascension, has worked through this pathway for 20 years, and is attuned to the highest frequency of Light from the Source of Oneness for many years. I do not speak these words lightly but with reverence.
Each of you have awakened but what you do with that awakening remains to be seen. The discussion provided has been given as a guideline for each of you to step into your own power, your own essence from your Higher Self and deem it appropriate in your pathway. But each of you are being watched from the Beings of Light and we are always ready to assist you in many ways. Your experiences are within your soul’s essence but your human self has had control over your Higher Self for eons of time. The energies of the Earth presently are very powerful but also instilled with much lower frequency that has controlled this planet.
It is up to you individually what you want to do with your life and your pathway. The only thing I ask of you is to look within your own mirror and see your truth as it is revealed to others. This is the way that we must adhere within ourselves what we project out into the world. I want all of you to be part of the New Earth Leaders but the choice will be yours.
By the way, Gaia is ascending with each of you and leaving her at this time may be part of your contract but I doubt it very much. Again, look within and see if you are accessing the lower or higher frequency that is available to you.
In summation, the earth is full of many levels of individuals upon this planet that are awakened. I, as Saint Germain is the conductor of this energy through Meleriessee as I want to help individuals to understand the process of awareness and how important it is to be diligent upon your pathway to be accepted into the Brotherhood of White Light. This is a pathway that is not given to everyone and each person has to be accepted by the merits of their initiations, how they project to others, and to themselves.

Saint Germain still holds the 7th Ray of the Violet/Purple Flame with Lady Portia but has ascended into the Mahachohan of all the Seven Rays under the direction of Allah Gobi, the former Mahachohan.
It is really important to be aware of your own truth, your light, your thoughts, and your emotions from the perspective of your Highest Essence. This can be a challenge for many individuals if they are not used to meditating, and creating a consciousness within them that is positive, full of love, joy, and understanding the difference. This is the mountain that each of us needs to climb presently. We will not survive if we do not understand Who We Are. Taking time to go within by meditating, acts of silence, feeling the beauty of nature around us are some of the ways in order to experience these changes. It is up to us to fully accept that we are changing and being a Divine Being fully manifest is our destiny in this lifetime.
This is why the timelines are igniting ~ so that we can be More than We Are presently and accept the responsibility of honoring ourselves through the process. Every human that awakens into a new level of consciousness walks into the Pathway of Mastership. It depends on what they choose to do with that awareness. We have the ability to be the Ascended Masters of the New Earth but it takes courage, diligence, great love, and responsibility to continue on this pathway. Some individuals choose to go to a certain level and stay within that consciousness as it feels comfortable for them. It is a personal choice and no one ever judges someone for not aspiring to more. That may be the contract they have during this lifetime and to assist individuals on the lower levels.
Please understand that the duality we are experiencing within the 4th dimensional level is due the Light and Dark finally separating from one another. There becomes a space in between in which within a very intuitive channel or person connected to the higher forces of light can fully feel the difference. Each of us has been on both sides and many of our timelines that erupt that are painful and traumatic are a direct result of these memories being ignited within us. We are walking through the forest in darkness trying to find the light.
This also represents the energies within the Earthplane. There are many lost souls that never found the light and there are many other lower energies of interplanetary levels that are not focused within the Christed energies. It is imperative that we only call upon the highest frequencies to be with us. What is happening presently is that the Dark and the Light are fighting for their space on GAIA but the Light is much stronger and will win. In the meantime lower forces can try to stop us by creating bad thoughts, emotions, and troubles within our reality. It is up to us individually to walk in balance by activating our Highest Essence and I AM Presence and start to feel the beautiful essence that we are. We are not supposed to be dysfunctional, full of envy and greed but compassionate and loving human beings. This is the process that we are going through presently with the timelines and activating only the highest level guided through our Higher Self and our Highest Purpose.
Please know everyone is being challenged presently to be more than they ever thought that they could be. It is important to realize that the old timelines can be released quickly through the effort of vibrational healing and allowing the Rays of God to assist in the process. Utilizing chanting and vibrational voice channeling is so very helpful and can make a difference immediately.
The most important tool I feel that can be utilized is working within the Violet Ray to transmute the energies. Allowing your physical body to be completely immersed within the Violet Flame will change the composition being directed from the Etheric level into the physical essence. It will also create an awakening in the thought process and emotional response. Using the Violet Light with St. Germain will create the process to allow the old timelines to be removed. It is imperative to ignite the body with new and loving energies so I suggest utilizing the Pink Ray of Creative Intelligence in which the light fully infuses within the body with compassion, love, and joyful emotions. Going a step further would be to blend the Violet and the Pink into one flame of light which represents Vibrational Communication. Now your entire four body system moves into the full body system igniting the energies through your Masculine and Feminine Divine to become One Essence within the Heart Center of the Three-fold Flame. It is imperative to embrace the Three-Fold flame which will bring forth the qualities of Wisdom-Love-Power through the Masculine-Feminine-Christ Consciousness within the Heart.
When this occurs, the new timelines that you are supposed to remember can be ignited within your reality as the process beings to fully accept your Multi-Dimensional Self. Utilizing this technique each time you feel uncomfortable with your emotions or thoughts will truly change your experience of life on Earth at this time.
A Very Personal Story
I have shared this background information as I feel it is important to express to others what I experience personally in my healing pathway. As most of you know, I am a very highly seasoned lightworker being on this pathway for almost 30 years. The energies have shifted dramatically since my beginning walk into the Light and it amazes me continually how deep we need to get into the Core of our Beings. This will continue for each of us because there is no end of our depth when we acknowledge the world of Mastery. It is why I chose to go deeper into my own essence a very long time ago.
I have been somewhat challenged on a physical level as it is the last of my bodies that needs to heal. I struggled with staying on the Earth when my acceleration became so deep that I could have truly commanded my body to break down. The way this could have happened was through an issue in my veins as the blood has a tendency to not pump upwards especially without exercise and sitting at a computer for hours causing Edema within my lower limbs. I work with many healing essences and sustain the issue, but I never could get totally past the problem. I know I am being guided to stay on this earth way beyond I ever thought possible in the hundreds of years and recently have been unsure how I could do so.
My partner, Mike, and I, living in Mt. Shasta also have a very strong connection to Lemuria which is why we live here now. We also work with Lord Adama through our teachings along with the Team of Light. Our life in Lemuria was beautiful but not so wonderful in the last 50 years. We have realized all of this in the last 18 months of living here. We both have had to look at our dark timelines and admit that we were not always the beautiful people we wanted to be. That is our truth and it is true of every person on this planet. In order to be in the Light you have to know the dark. Joshua David Stone refers to this as ‘Walking in the Black Forest’.
Through the process of accelerating my energies I have a tendency to know when something of a lower frequency is trying to interfere in my consciousness. Mike, my partner, is learning this also, but it is very acute with me. Mt. Shasta is the Root Chakra of the Earth, and there are many levels of energies here. We have been introduced to them all. This is why we set up a Protection Protocol to assist ourselves and others in raising our vibrations to the 5th dimensional level so as not to be bothered by other energies. I also have traveled here for over a decade helping to clear the lands so I understand truly about the diversity of life within the mountain. It is my pathway to help clear Gaia and Mt. Shasta to allow the souls to rise to another level of existence.
This week I was to encounter another such energy but within the clearing, I was to learn about a timeline that would help to heal my entire body. I usually take a clearing bath to make sure my aura is completely healed of any reflections of the lower energies and in doing so, I realized that what we had cleared is an energy that was a past timeline within my Etheric body. During my days in Lemuria when changes were happening, I made a contract with an individual I thought I could trust to help the continent in its war-time state. What I did not realize is that I was tricked as they had access to my spiritual awareness. Any time that I would try to get to rise to a certain level, energies would try to stop me. Due to my fear at that time, I inflected my legs with such fear and anguish that it would cause the veins to be restrictive creating a circulation problem. I learned that I had this problem through my soul’s history so that my body was always out of balance as my spiritual pathway has always been my most important goal. I am sure that I died many times in trying to achieve what I have this lifetime.
As I was working with my lower limbs, the emotions rose up within me. I felt toxins and debris coming out of the legs (earlier that night Mike and I had done a detox for the legs which started this process). The tears become very hysterical, and I knew instantly what had occurred. I called upon the Unified Whole and traveled through the energies up to the 144th dimension. I used the Violet Flame with St. Germain along with the Pink Flame. I then saw a very strange individual and he was signing a contract that said I would never be bothered ever again by any lower forces or energies. Master Thoth, Commander of the Unified Whole, explained to me what had occurred and told me that now the healing could happen, life would be different, and I could enjoy my spiritual achievements. He thanked me deeply as I did not realize the extent of this healing for myself and others that I am associated with presently. Evidently, this being was a huge overseer of many forces that the Earth has been under its control, and this healing for me was also a healing for Gaia.
The legs have improved dramatically. I still have to utilize my healing techniques but I know that process will go smoothly with ease and grace. I did not feel that previously. I also feel differently. I have been bothered by bad dreams in which I am fighting darkness and Mike has had to wake me back up into the present reality. I learned that I no longer needed to be the Warrior of Light. I have put down my weapons and stand fully as a Torch Bearer to assist others to do the same. I commanded the Light energy to be within me and the timeline was removed instantaneously. In place of the dis-ease I have received acceptance of Who I Am along with the ability to walk into the New Earth as a Torch Bearer showing others to do the same.
I believe that none of this would have been possible without the present activations of the Great Central Suns. Each of us is being assisted to understand why we have been feeling at a loss or frustrated with the newer energies. Until we surrender into the process, we need to let go of the old feelings, and accept the Divine Light that is trying to be within us, then we will not have understanding within ourselves.
I hope my sharing helps just one person who is reading this material. I was guided by Lord Adama to express the changes that have resulted within me by going deeper into myself. I could not do it without the assistance of the Spiritual Hierarchy and all the wonderful masters that walk with me every moment. I especially want to convey that my partner, Mike, also has been instrumental in the acceleration of Meleriessee.

Each week we will share information on one of the Rays of God in succession by providing the higher aspects, lower aspects, pitfalls, and information to assist an individual to learn how to incorporate them within their daily life. Each of the first seven rays are overlighted by a Ray Chohan (sometimes more than one), Elohim Masters (Male/Female), and Archangels (Male/Female). Just recently we learned through one of the Etheric cities more detailed information about the 24 Elders That Surround the Throne of Grace who are the commanding energies of the 12 Rays of God. So this has added an extra dimensional frequency to learning more about the rays from the Cosmic Frequencies.
We will be providing channeling from each of these beings and informative tools to assist an individual in accessing these rays. It is imperative that we fully command the Rays of God as we walk along the Mastery pathway. For anyone that feels they are a leader and have special gift(s) to share with others for the New Earth, then this is your ticket to going deeper within yourself to assist humanity.
We will share with you, the reader, each of the virtues of each ray and the ones that need to be acquired along with specific professional pathways that an individual can choose to take. Included will be the Lower Expression along with the Higher Expression and what the difference may be from the Planetary level to the Universal.
It is important to realize that as human beings we come into body with at least six rays within our structure of the Personality, Physical Body, Emotional Body, Mental Body, Soul and Monad. You can have more than one ray in each of these aspects also. So we are already working with the frequencies of each of the rays which is very important. What many individuals do not realize is that in order to be in full mastery an initiate must be able to command the rays, know what they are, how to utilize them personally and professionally. It is a pre-requisite of a 7th dimensional initiate. (Note: you can also learn more about these aspects and which rays you are attuned with by having a Ray Reading with Djwhal Khul and Christine Meleriessee).
We are now working with the higher rays beyond the seventh to the 22nd because they are available to each of us within the Earthplane with the higher frequencies that we are accessing. We also work with the Universal Rays vs. the Planetary as the frequencies are higher, and we need to move through the processes to fully accept we are Mutli-Dimensional Beings of Light. Originally, the teachings from Dr. Joshua David Stone shared only the planetary colors and associated chakras. Meleriessee has taken it a step further and channeled more information in how to access the higher frequencies. We, at Walking Terra Christa, only use the Universal colors at this point. During a ray reading she would share with you what stage you are integrating to help you to aspire to the higher levels. The rays beyond the 7th level are considered the Cosmic Rays which we can now access up through 22. This will increase as we move into the New Earth. Each of the higher rays become the higher chakras within the body and is infused within the 3rd dimensional chakras so they become chakras within chakras. Essentially, there are 320 chakras that could be infused at the highest level of initiation. That, of course, is not within the stability of the fifth dimension or beyond. It represents the 49th dimensional frequency. Once the New Earth is fully activated, we will be able to infuse the higher chakras from the 5th onward. The 5th dimensional grid = 22, 6th = 29, 7th = 36, 8th = 43, and 9th = 50. These are the Cosmic Rays that will be attuned to us.
Lord Melchizedek shares some thoughts on this subject: “The Universal level is a higher frequency that has been activated to assist individuals to prepare themselves for the 4th and 5th dimensional body activations which encompasses the 22 Rays of God which are the Cosmic levels. This is not the ultimate as many more rays are available in the higher dimensional frequencies but the colors blend within each other and there is not the distinction as by the teachings of the first 22 Rays. Rays 1 through 15 are directed from the 24 Elders That Surround the Throne of Grace who represent the God Force. Twice a year the Royal Teton Retreat is open to all initiates and students of the Light to work with the Ascended Masters and the Spiritual Hierarchy on their current pathway. Today started pretty scattered. I had a personal detail to take care of and could not get on the website, then my cell phone was dead and could not make the phone call needed. So I decided, ‘what the heck’. Enjoy the sunrise and get some coffee. Unfortunately, there is nothing open here until 7:30 a.m. I find that very interesting since this seems to be an action-type of environment and people are up and about early. I walked around the village, took pictures of the sunrise, and breathed very deeply giving gratitude of my moments here in the Tetons.
All that being said, we drove to a great breakfast café called the “Bunnery” in which we were able to get wholesome foods and internet connection. I was able to make some progress of my personal issue and will resolve the rest when I return. Then we were off to Jenny Lake again ~ this time to hike to Hidden Falls.
We arrived at the Jenny Falls Visitor Center and walked towards the boat dock. The boat takes you from the south end of the lake to the north end where the falls are located. On the way off the boat, our mastery of ceremonies on the boat offered to me walking sticks to borrow. I promptly put in my wooden walking stick and started upwards. As Judy and I were going up the pathway, we were laughing as there were remembrances of another path we took in Mt. Shasta about three years ago which was full of rocks and very narrow. The path was so very steep and I was so happy I had the walking sticks to pull myself up the rocks that looked like steps. Thank heavens for all those core workouts and being at the gym the last year.
The views were spectacular. Many people were on the path so the interactions were quite interesting. Of course, we are always looking to see which ones could be Masters in disguise coming by to say hello. One gentlemen was very tall, with long while hair and he was so happy coming up the path looking at Judy and I saying, “Isn’t this great? Smiling all the way.” What beautiful energy and I immediately thought of Archangel Michael as he had a T-shirt with New York written across it. It felt right since AA Michael is the leader of the Temple of 911.
We stopped and took many pictures as we could see the falls to our left as we were hiking upwards. It is .6 tenths of a mile so it seemed like it was taking awhile. We had to walk across a bridge and then it started to rain very lightly. I felt it was cleansing our spirits. I knew it would not last long. So onward and upward we trekked. We finally arrived at the spot.
You walk to a dead end which is roped off with benches to sit and look directly at the falls coming down the mountain. It was very worth the climb and the energies. Judy and I could not decide where to do the ceremony so I received a message from the Native energies to just bring it in very quietly right there. We asked for the 22 Rays of God and we both stated “I AM”. We then made a decision to go back down and see if there was another spot we could do the work.
We had intended to continue to Inspiration Point which was up farther but we found out that it was much steeper and very rocky along with the view not being that spectacular. Since we were there to do a ceremony we decided that we would hike back down. We did find a wonderful spot to our left that had an alcove and a log for us to sit upon.
We made a make-shift Medicine Wheel around the log bringing for the native energies along with the ascension energies. It was very powerful. We even had a gentleman walk around the wheel and not through it which was a wonderful improvement. We were honored by many messages in this moment that this trip was so powerful because the Grand Tetons represented all levels of creation from Planetary, Solar, Galactic, Universal, Multi-Universal, and Cosmic. Chief Seattle came through for us to thank us and said that no one has done this kind of work on the land to create the Earth energies along with the Cosmic energies incorporated by the 22 Rays of God. He said it is bringing forth the energies from the Mountain Retreat to the land masses and will assist greatly. I also asked for the healing energies to go out to a 500-mile radius.
We did not have much time so we continued down the path back to the lake. We were very connected to many of the people and realized that many masters were watching us whether in body or in Spirit. One such gentleman caught our eye. He kept taking pictures of the trees by hanging out on cliffs. His energy was very Merlin-like so we called him Merlin. The last boat leaves at 4 p.m. and it was about 3:15 p.m. It started thundering so both Judy and I myself asked for assistance from the Thunderbeings for protection as the boat would not be able to take us back into the lightning and thunder. We arrived at the dock about five minutes before it was ready to leave. Always in the 11th hour; that is our style. I put back the walking sticks and someone had used my wooden walking stick. It turns out I did not need it today so I was happy someone else could use it.
Back across the beautiful lake we traveled to where our car was parked. On the way there we encountered several Ravens which represent Magic so Judy and I were trying to get some pictures. She took an amazing one which I will share later.
Back through the National Forest and into the woods we went. We were hoping to see a bear sighting since it was getting dark due to the weather conditions. We saw many cars parked on the side of the road with individuals being their crazy selves but not sighting for us. We found a nice Bistro to have dinner with a light meal of salad.
Judy had decided to go to Yellowstone Park and I did not have an interest to be in that area. I felt my work was here in the Tetons with the retreat energies. So I offered her my prayers, and the information on the 22 Rays of God along with the information on bringing in the Native Energies for a medicine wheel along with the Ascension Energies. It was a poignant moment for me as Judy first came to me as a student for the Ascension work and here she was going to a strange place to create her own healing circle. It was so representative of what this journey has been about ~ others learning their wisdom and bringing illumination to the Earth.
Tomorrow I am going up to the mountain alone as I need to integrate energies from this week and connect with the Ascended Masters alone. This trip has been so representative of each of us moving into our new pathway.
Well, it has been an amazing two days of traveling. We arrived in Salt Lake City about 2 pm Mountain Time. We decided to rent a Toyota Prius as we are getting about 50 miles per gallon which has been advantageous for the gas. We have driven almost 400 miles and only at half a tank. It is like a “Merkabah” spaceship. Very cool….
We stayed in a town called Pocatello in Idaho last evening which was very relaxing as we were able to get into the Jacuzzi and pool after dinner. Sleep was not a problem after traveling about 12 hours between the air and the car. This morning was wonderful. We took our time which is unusual and got on our way about 11 am. The drive was amazing and we still had about 140 miles to travel. The Snake River follows the road coming towards Jackson and then Jackson Hole. We stopped and took some pictures of the view but hope to do more when we travel back to Salt Lake City on Friday.
Well, it is very interesting as we are staying in a Hostel. Definitely was a culture shock and I laughed as I could hear my father saying, “Well, Chris, looks like you are roughing it.” We talked the girl at the desk in allowing us to be on the 2nd floor instead of the 4th as our bags are so heavy with the extra layers of clothing. Of course, my luggage lost one of its wheels so it has been fun lugging it around.
We are in what is called a private Quad Room and the price was affordable as everything is very expensive here. After we settled in this evening, it seems exactly what we are supposed to be experiencing. This trip is not about being in wonderful accommodations but being out hiking and communing with the energies. “We definitely won’t be spending much time in the room,” is our standing joke presently.
After we moved all our belongings into our new space for the week, we traveled back down Route 390 to find a spot to open up the energies. The front desk clerk shared with us a perfect spot and said, “I am getting chilly bumps”. She seems very enlightened and works in a local organic restaurant which we definitely will be trying.
We traveled about six miles down the road and found the gravel entrance to where people transport their boats to go into Snake River. We happened to find a great spot with a bench overlooking the river. This bench was donated in memory of “Joseph Joe Allen” and we thought it was great we found such a wonderful spot. I am sure his soul was with us on such a wonderful moment.
We opened up the ceremony by connecting with the Native American energies and the Spiritual Hierarchy including Lord Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma overlighted by Divine Mother and Father God and the Creative Source of All That Is. Masters Conficius and Lanto are our leaders during this expedition along with all of the Ray Chohans, Elohim Councils of God, and Archangels of the Rays of God. We stated everyone’s names and asked anyone to be included that read the blogs, or put out their intention to be here with us. I definitely felt the energies change greatly and hope each of you intend to travel to the Mountain Retreat this week.
As we were watching the river, it was so beautiful as the moon was shining above. It was pre-sunset and the view is spectacular. We were talking that possibly we needed to get into the water this week and noticed a young man starting to go in the river for a swim. Now we are up on a hill looking down about 200 yards. The current was very strong, and we were wondering how cold the water must feel. We waited for him as he swam several feet towards a winding point and got out of the water. It also looked very deep. He did this a couple of times. When he and his lady friend, came up to the parking lot we asked him how cold it was. His friend said, “It is freezing.” We mentioned we were thinking of getting into the water this week and she replied, “High noon would be the best time.” That is exactly what we had discussed. We shall see how brave we really get. We were thinking that possibly wearing a thin pair of pants for comfort. You never know what happens to us on these trips and Spirit loves to get us to challenge ourselves. I will keep you posted.
We left the area and really felt the adventure had started. Sometimes it just feels like you are in a dream just as I did in Mount Shasta. Now the reality has set in. We came back to our cabin-type room and totally cleansed the energies with the Golden Light, Sacred Space Spray that I make, and some clearing salt. Wow, our hands were so black and I was hearing some lost energies asking where the Light was. It feels so much better now. We have set up the ascension columns in the space and are ready to sleep wonderfully as we travel to the retreat this evening. Please join us for to experience the amazing energies.
We are off tomorrow to check out the TRAM up the mountain (it saves us a 7.1 mile hike). We lucked out – it is still open for another week and I think it is going to be amazing. Not sure where we are hiking or where we will be guided to do the ceremony for tomorrow but I will share as much of it as I can.

Mt. Shasta Journey – An Ending Starts the Beginning
August 31, 2010
When I awoke on this morning, I knew I had a very long day ahead of me but did not realize how quickly the new lessons would start. I stopped at my ‘new’ favorite coffee house on my way out of Mt. Shasta and then got on my way to Sacramento Airport.
It is about 3 ½ hours to get to the airport down Route 5 with beautiful landscape and then the flatlands are everywhere. What a diversity California can be.
All was well – I arrived at the airport in plenty of time to grab something to eat and get on my first flight to Salt Lake City. Very strange that was my connection flight as I will be flying into Salt Lake City in a little over two weeks when Judy and I travel to the Grand Tetons. I was looking forward to being on the plane and possibly catching some shut-eye on my way to Philly.
The plane was extremely full and I found myself surrounded by several young men that had traveled to San Diego for a Philly’s game. Now they say that Philadelphia fans are die-hards and these guys really proved themselves to live by that motto. I am not a fan of professional sports so for me it is not something I would do, but heck, they are young and should live a great life.
I found my energies slowly decreasing from being in Mt. Shasta for an entire week. These guys were very third dimensional and not aligned with what I had been experiencing. I am sitting there saying to St. Germain, “OK guys, what did you do to me?” Their reply was, “This is the world you need to assist; keep raising your vibrations.” I put on my music and tried to fully leave my body but it was not working. There were also kids behind me causing a ruckus and kicking the seats. I did speak up to them in a very loving and calm voice, “Please stop kicking; thank you.”
After about an hour of travel, the flight attendances were asked to stop serving, sit in their seats and with a stern voice, the captain announced there was some great turbulence, “Please sit down, do not move around the aircraft, and make sure your seat belt is tight.” Okay, so I felt a red flag come up. We were going through a thunderstorm so I asked for assistance. With that St. Germain said, “This is your task to put the plane out of harms way. You know what to do.” No wonder I was feeling anxious. I then visualized the entire plane with golden light around it and created a golden pathway in front of the plane. This continued for over a half hour and was quite exhausting. I felt the turbulence subsiding and then would stop the intensity. It would come back again so I continued the work. We finally were out of the turbulence in another half hour, and all was okay.
I felt Saint Germain and many masters congratulating me on my first job of this type. I felt very anxious during the ordeal but knew that it was necessary for me to do so. I don’t know if anything disastrous would have happened but it could have been a very uneasy flight for many passengers.
I had been reading the Saint Germain book series on the first one in which Godfrey Ray King meets Saint Germain in Mt. Shasta. I started thinking about my own journey in Shasta and feeling like I made some mistakes the day before. My thoughts were, “I could have gone further down the path; maybe if I had gone a little bit longer Adama and Saint Germain would have appeared to me. Why didn’t they show themselves to me?
Both Adama and St. Germain came to me to tell me that I need to realize that everything was in Divine Order and that if I had traveled farther down the path, then the same thing would have happened with them. They then both reiterated that it was not necessary for them to manifest themselves in body for me since I already was able to see and speak with them. Adama said, “We don’t need to take up the additional energies to create our bodies in the 4th dimensional level because you already are with us. That was never the plan.” I was then able to let go of my guilt. I always wondered about why so many other people I would read about were able to speak with Saint Germain on the mountain. I consider myself very luck that High Priest Adama came to me in the Wesak Ceremony in 2001 and then realized that was a necessary encounter. I feel blessed that I was able to receive his energies at that time.
The plane ride seemed to go on forever. I was feeling the lowering of my energies intensely and then my MP3 player ran out of juice so I had to be in silence. I did not feel a connection with the individuals on the plane and was completely in a different state of consciousness than the rest of the passengers.
We arrived in Philadelphia right on time with a terrible landing but safely. I was able to get out of the airport in a timely manner which was different. I take an airport shuttle and it usually is a long wait at that hour of the night.
I am finishing this writing on Thursday afternoon and I am still very ungrounded. My house is filled with the fifth dimensional frequencies so my energies are completely not within my physical body. I held my Mastery Teachings class last night and we all traveled to Telos. Tonight I am teaching the third class of my Divine Principle and am feeling the energies are quite different than before. I tried to remember certain days and what I did, and my memory is fading. I realized I was in the 5th dimensional frequency more fully than I realized. It does feel like a dream…now the reality of it all is to integrate everything I learned, experienced, and put it all into practice.
I will be bringing forth some new classes and the format will be in a different manner. I am striving to fully accelerate people with the higher frequencies so I hope you decide to join me.
I am now preparing for the next spiritual journey to the Grand Tetons with my traveling buddy, Judy, which will be an extension of this Telosian trip. I hope to share with each of you those adventures and continue to help with integrating the higher frequencies onto this earthplane and within individuals.

Acceleration of Being an Integrated Being on Earth
No. 6 – Monday, August 30th, 2010-08-31
Last night’s dreamtime was not dreaming but actual being in Telos and talking with the Masters. I kept waking up but knew I was also there with them. I was having dreams of architects and buildings which I know has to do with the Golden Cites. I believe the planning stages are being conducted in the subterranean cities of which Telos is one of them. More elements happened which made me realize the reality of this week that I have experienced while being in Mt. Shasta.
Today was very magical and some would say, “How could this be happening or is this really true?” What I am about to share with you may seem unreal but being in Mt. Shasta magical events occur especially when you are being acknowledged for the work that you have done.
I arose early and was out of the guesthouse by 7:30 stopping by my favorite coffee house which originally was my favorite and then we went to another one. Now that has changed hands and the energies are different. This place is where all the townspeople meet and is very friendly. Then I was on my way up the mountain preparing to go to Lower Panther Meadows. I knew which direction I wanted to hike towards and started through the meadow. The weather was threatening but the sun kept trying to show himself. I thought I would walk to this medicine wheel that has been there for along time but then felt St. Germain telling me it was not the right place. I was in fear this morning. Not sure why and then my coffee decided to act up on my stomach. That took me off track to find a bathroom which I did as I was near a camping area. I then was unsure what to do until I started seeing the “Little People” who are mountain people in Mt. Shasta dancing around me and taking me back upon the first pathway. I started walking past the meadow and followed the path which goes up the side of the mountain. Some of the areas are strewn with mixed energies and was very unsure of myself.
Off the Path and Through the Woods!
I was directed off the path going into the woods a little bit and this concerns me as a person who grew up in the woods knows that you have to be careful where you walk. I saw an opening over an embankment and thought that was the space. I was still getting prompting to go further into the woods when all of a sudden I saw some snake holes. “Warning Sign” was in my mind and I heard, “Snake country, move back.” I do not have to be told twice as this has always been a fear of mine but I learned to protect myself and not hold onto the fear. I went back to the first opening I saw and pulled out my violet scarf so I could lay down some crystals I had bought to charge them with the Telosian energies. I sat down on my backpack and started reciting the 22 Rays of Gold along with bringing in the Native energies. After I did this, I knew that I needed to move again. I believe the area was infested with negative ET energies which I have encountered previously in body and in spirit in Mt. Shasta. I no longer have fear as I learned to raise my vibration. I did hear them talking with each other and asking who I was. One of them said, “Stay away from her; she is with them.” With that they left me alone and I found my way back onto the pathway.
Stream below Panther Meadows
I then traveled back through Panther Meadows, through the campground and towards another part of the meadow, which is the end of the meadow. I had been there last year and it is very serene. I had intended to stay there but then saw a small sign that had an arrow pointing to a stream. I decided to take that pathway. Before I did so, I made a little video of the stream which I will share at a later time.
The path went through the woods and was pretty steep. These energies were magical, very fairy-like, and strewn with Merlin energy. I felt very peaceful as I was walking. I could hear the stream but could not see it. I traveled about 20 minutes when I saw a long log in the ground making a step down. It was pretty steep and with my knee issues knew I would have a problem. I then just sat down and pulled my legs over the edge. The stream was on my left through the grassy meadow and was very serene. I felt this was the perfect spot for me to connect.

I again pulled out all the crystals and sat there in meditative silence just listening to the water running down the mountain. It was very peaceful. I then saw Adama in front of me, in 5th dimensional frequency. He told me that I have been traveling to Telos all week as I have the ability to be in two or more places at the same time. He said my 5th dimensional body has been going to Telos and my 4th dimensional body as been on the mountain. He explained to me that no human is allowed into the Telosian City in a 3rd or 4th dimensional body. He also told me that when he and other Telosians travel to the upper Earth they need to bring their frequency down a bit in order to handle the lower energies. Otherwise, they can become very sick. This is exactly what happened to me yesterday after being on the Portal of Light and walking into town. He explained to me that in order to teleport the physical body it must be in the higher frequency consistently which is challenging with the energies that we incorporate in our world. He did show me the consciousness when I teleported my 5th dimensional consciousness into Telos but was still in consciousness in my physical being. I experienced the two worlds at the same time and realized the dreams I had last evening were truly the actualization of being in Telos. I saw the same people that were in my dream.
He also told me that three years ago when a small part of me stayed in Telos, I was unable to handle both worlds at the same time. That is no longer true. He explained to me that I would be doing this more often and I have been doing this in the past year. This explains to me while I have periods of time in which I would be either needing to sleep or in a stupor. Now I know how to handle it more fully.
I also learned that the construction of the Golden Cities is underway in Telos and that I am very much involved in the organization of these cities. I am unsure what that means to me in my present lifestyle, but I do know eventually I will be living in both worlds for awhile. Doorways are being opened for me to move into a different location wherein my fifth dimensional energies will be supported. My present environment does not support that type of energy.
Today was confirmation for me of what I have been going through for the past several months. My world has always been in Spirit and this trip has helped me to realize why it has been this way. When I first started working with the Masters, I felt so much at home with them. On this day I felt like I had returned and had been away for a very long time.
Saint Germain came by with his energies as Adama was speaking with me and both of them walked with me back up the mountain path as did all of the seven Ray Chohans. I am in awe that I can walk with these beings and feel at One in their space. They have always been my mentors but now the relationship has changed; I know my responsibility is going to be much greater than ever before.
I walked back to my car and I retired my walking stick. I left it in the brush for someone else to use. It would be my last time on the mountain for this trip.
I came back into town and started preparing for my trip back home. I went into an internet café to print out my boarding pass for tomorrow and decided to ship some of my clothes home as my suitcase was too close to the pound limit. I was so very tired and slept, took a shower, and prepared for my evening.
Quan Yin came to me and asked me to go to the Tree Top Restaurant for dinner. I had not planned on really doing an official meal out but thought, well, if they are asking, I will do so. The Tree Top has a special remembrance has there has been great magic that has occurred for myself and others in one of our other trips. That is for another day to explain what happened that time and will be in my upcoming book on my journeys to Mt. Shasta.
Adama kept telling me that it was going to be wonderful. One needs to understand that being with the masters in Mt. Shasta creates other worlds to come together. Everyone becomes psychic in Shasta so a request of this kind is not out of the ordinary. I walked into the dining room and actually saw Adama waving at me. At the table was Adama to my left, Quan Yin across from me and then Saint Germain next to her. Of course, I paid…It is a little joke that my friend, Judy and I have about how the masters always want us to buy gifts for ourselves and the money comes from within. They just keep telling me more is coming.
So I sat there and had a wonderful meal as I conversed with these three great masters. I looked around the room and I saw some familiar faces in Spirit. Many of them were there including Fred from the Clarion Light Beings. The waitress was very special and I saw it in her eyes. Her demeanor was very positive, very polished and nothing like the Upper Earth. I connected deeply within her eyes and knew that she was probably a Telosian.
Adama, Quan Yin, and Saint Germain have asked me to partner with them on putting together a course or class in raising the 5th dimensional energies. I have not received the full information on how this class is going to enfold but I do feel very sure about this. This meeting would not have happened if it had not already been put in place. The main part of this information is that you don’t question it and if you do, it is coming from your lower mind. Being in the moment and accepting it are all one needs to do.
After dinner, I drove up to Castle Lake but it was late and getting dark. The energies were not conducive for me to even get near the lake. I was very uncomfortable. I did see two deer look at me going up the mountain and then again, coming back. I stopped at the dam of Lake Siskiyou to take some pictures with the sun in the clouds.

The weather is opening up and is very representative of my leaving the area. I believe that all was in Divine Order with each moment precisely planned by my I Am Presence and the Masters. We came together in love; they asked me to be in Mt. Shasta at this time and I knew it had to do with my inner journey. I also was sure that my life would change and well, it has.
I am leaving here early in the morning with a full day of travel. First, driving 3.5 hours to Sacramento and then on two different planes to arrive in Philadelphia at 11:30 pm. I am leaving Shasta this time with a different feeling. Many times I am crying that I do not want to leave and that a part of me wil lalways be here. The magic is unbelievable for me in this beautiful arena. This time, the magic is me. I no longer have to look for it as I have fully acquired it as I own it within me.
My friend, Judy and I are traveling to the Grand Tetons in three weeks. This was a planned trip for some months guided by the Ascended Masters once again. I believe this trip in Mt. Shasta was necessary for our journey in the Tetons. There is also great magic there and we will be continuing the connection on a physical level with our own mastership along with creating more magic.

No. 5 – Sunday, August 29, 2010
This morning I awoke not wanting to get out of bed. Okay, this is a big red flag for me. I always know that something is coming up that I need to walk through and my physical being is resisting. I fell back asleep until 7:30 and took my time this morning but feeling guilty. Why, the guilt? It is my time, right. Oh, and the Ascended Masters that are working with me.
It worked out great because there were two people staying in another room in the guesthouse who were leaving today, and we had not had much time to converse. It turns out Collin, previously lived in Doylestown, PA which is in my general area, not close but I knew where it was located. It was great to connect with them before I went on my way up the mountain.
Mt. Shasta covered in snow August 29th, 2010
I arrived at the highest point where you can park and the clock said 9:11. Very appropriate for me since I do the Clarion Light Beings of 911 & Beyond and felt it was a great sign. The temperature outside was 39 degrees and I had to hike up the mountain. I am thinking, ‘yikes, it is freezing’. I had on about six layers of shirts with a sweater, sweatshirt and cotton gloves. So off I went.

The peaks of Mt. Shasta split so there are lower peaks and then higher peaks just like any other mountain. I have always wanted to travel to this one peak on the other side as I knew there was a portal there. I have never been able to do so physically, and knew that today it was time. I believe that was part of my hesitation this morning. It is not an easy climb but I took my time. There is a pathway but as I got higher it was strewn with many rocks, and I had to be careful where I stepped. Again, I can throw myself off-balance very easily, but I was feeling very different. I could feel the Masters encouraging me onward and telling me it was not to much further. At one point, I heard, “Hey Sweetie, it’s right around that bend. Not too much farther.” I knew it was my father’s voice, and it warmed my heart that my loved ones were with me in this climb. When my parent’s passed away, they ascended very quickly as they always listened to my teachings even when they did not understand them. Both my mother and father quickly went up the ladder of acceleration, and they are both doing tremendous work for others.

I rounded the bend that my father had spoken about and I was in awe. In front of me was a circle of different shaped rocks that reminded me of Stonehenge in England, although I have never been there. The energies emanating from the circle of rocks was amazing. I just had to figure out how to get myself in the middle of them without disturbing the plants and wildlife. Many trudge over these areas without even thinking so I am very respectful of every place I walk.
I found a place in the middle and was very careful of where I was to sit. I banged on a couple of rocks making sure there were not any creatures I did not want to encounter to appear. It seems that the area had been swept clean for me, and I have always had this protection every time I travel into these type of areas. I am very grateful for that fact.
Meleriessee In Her Light Portal
I situated myself to sit on top of my backpack. Since I carry a neck pillow for the plane I have been using it to sit upon and it is wonderful. I had my recorder in hand and started reciting the 22 Cosmic Rays of God. I realized with St. Germain’s help that my ceremonies have changed on this trip, and am reciting the rays with the definition and colors to assist the land masses. The energies changed immediately. I also call upon Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandfather Sun, Grandmother Earth, the Thunderbeings, the Cloud People, Stone People, Root Givers, Two-Leggeds, Four-Leggeds, Creepy Crawlers, the Winged Ones, and Finned Ones and All of the Creation of Sentinent Beings to come together in Oneness.
I knew this ceremony was different. I had traveled far and wide to arrive in this place of creation. I have spent many years working on my inner healing on an emotional, mental, and physical level so I could come into balance within my own God Essence of my I Am Presence within the physical body. I spoke to the Great White Spirit and the Spirit Keeper of the mountain. All were silent as they listened to my story and how I arrived in this beautiful place. Not a soul came by; I was with nature, God, and the magical mountain of Mt. Shasta as the silence was golden.
First of all, I have to thank Joshua David Stone for his teachings and his life. Without his work I would not be where I have arrived. The ascension work changed my life entirely, and now I am teaching it to others in my own style. Joshua has been with me during this trip so heavily, and I am so grateful for his friendship and light onto my life. Mt. Shasta is a second home to me. It became so the day that I met High Priest Adama in 2001 at Dr. Stone’s Wesak Festival. Dearest Adama came up to me in the auditorium and told me he had just moved to Mt. Shasta. He said it was a very magical place. Now I know he was more than just an ordinary being but in that moment, I did not realize that it was “Adama”. He called himself Adam and he very lightly touched his forefingers onto my throat and smiled very deeply at me. He said “You are very sweet.” With that he walked away. I realized then that he was “the Adama” and mentioned it to my friend. I immediately left the auditorium and drove up the mountain to do a meditation into Telos. That was the beginning of my search to be part of these energies. He has never left my side since.
As I sat amongst this portal of light, which Adama shared with me that this was a portal to align individuals with the Telosian energies. It was not a portal, parse to transfer one’s body into the City of Telos. I looked back upon my life and when I traveled to Mt. Shasta three years ago also alone. I was hit physically on that trip and really purged massive amounts of toxins within my physical being. I spent most of the time meditating in Panther Meadows as I could not travel very far. It was a very challenging trip.
I dreamed at that time that I went into Telos through the tunnel but I never saw myself return. This is exactly what happened for me. Six months later I had a car accident in which I was hit four times. I saw the Angel of Death two weeks before and was told I needed to take care of my self-love. I did as he asked and it did not occur to me what was about to happen. I was saved from that accident due to my ability to move out of the space I was mentally living in presently. I walked away with cracked ribs, banged up knee and bruises but I walked out of the hospital two hours later. Everyone was shocked that I was alive. I know I was saved by Spirit and especially my dearest friend, Master Babaji.
Six months afterwards I traveled to Florida to stay at a secluded home of a relative to take care of my emotional and feminine energies. I had been hurting for six months emotionally. While being there, I saw the other part of my soul, from Telos, emerge out of the ocean and join me on the beach. On that day I was realigned with my Goddess Self.
It has taken me another 18 months since that time to fully embrace my God and Goddess self. This past year has been a blessing for me. I am teaching others, I was let go in my corporate job, I embraced my spirituality like never before and actually saw my manifestations occur within my life. In the past three months I have been communicating with some very important fifth dimensional beings that have helped me tremendously. They are in body physically but I do not have a physical relationship with them. I am unsure if I will ever have a physical relationship but their higher consciousness has helped me in ways that I cannot explain. I have embraced my Goddess Self in a way that I never thought possible.
As I sat in this space, I spoke about everything I have explained here and cried very deeply. It was not of sadness but of great love to all of these Masters, Angels, and Light Beings who have molded my world. I am honored that I have come to place of existence that allows me to be in both worlds and to show others that all of this is possible. On this day I have been pledged as a fully Ascended Master walking this Earth. I have never been able to say this before although my closes friends tell me at very appropriate moments.

I looked across from me and I could see St. Germain and many Telosians sitting all around listening to my story and acknowledging my presence. They were not in the 4D world but the 5D but for me it is just as real. Some may say, “But they need to manifest their bodies,” and I say, “Yes, it would be wonderful, but I do not need to see them in that way.”
St. Germain gave me this message:
Dearest Meleriessee,
You have come a very long way and you have shown to us your courage, stamina, the ability to walk a path that some would not dare to tread. We are honored to be here with you today, and will be working with you more closely. Your energies have changed greatly and each person you have thought about, interacted with, and stated their name in your opening ceremony, area all part of these energies. They, too, will be affected by your moments here in Mt. Shasta.
You are now being attuned to the Telosian energies and can help people just by speaking and touching them. Your healing work is going to increase and many will be affected by your energies. The old way of journaling, writing, and utilizing traditional therapy routes will no longer exist for you. You are going to assist people in highly technical electro-magnetic energies. In turn, they will be able to assist others. Your role in the present circumstances is to help individuals to move into the fifth dimensional frequency within their bodies.
We thank you for assisting in this manner. We know that your pathway has been challenging but so very rewarding within your heart. You have shown us your love, acceptance, and complete understanding of each moment. You have walked through many areas of fear, obstinance, self inflicted judgments, and lower energy thoughts. These are now all gone. We thank you for working as an Ambassador of the New Earth and Telosian Eneriges. We look forward to our growth of this planet together.
Thank you for taking on the challenge of this trip. Your life is now about to change and we are here to assist. We will speak more about the details that will occur. Please come to Lower Panther Meadows tomorrow, and we shall meet you there.

I sat in awe of what I had just received and know in my heart that I have accomplished a wonderful point in my life. I am at the top of the mountain and the journey has been unbelievably challenging, sad, lonely, and very strenuous in my ways, but I can say that I feel the beauty of my Light onto this body as I have accomplished so much in these past few days.
I knew it was time to arise. I left some gifts for the Earth and packed up my belongings to head back down the path towards my vehicle. As I was walking down, I was in awe of where I hiked and what I had just experienced. I could not believe how far I had traveled in this moment, and all of the previous moments to create this beautiful existence I am fully embracing.
It was still very cold as my fingers were freezing, and I felt like it should be January due to the elements I encountered during this day. I drove down the mountain in complete exhilaration of my life and what I have accomplished.
This afternoon I was very shaky, dizzy, and very off center. I have taken the time to readjust my energies and chose not to travel to Crystal Lake which is another powerful spot. Tomorrow I will be traveling to Lower Panther Meadows on the advice of St. Germain. I also believe that I will be going to Telos tonight more aware than the whole week. I hope you will intend to join me if you read this in time.
Tomorrow will be my last day in Mt. Shasta. It has been an amazing journey and when St. Germain first asked me, I was unsure what it was about. I know my teachings will change for the better, and I want to share so much with others about the magic of life. I have moved very deeply into Love Consciousness in the last few months and the Telosians represent this status. Most of us lived in Lemuria and this is what the New Earth is going to be about. I am grateful that I can be one of the individuals to assist others in this pathway of the Golden Age.

No. 4 – Saturday, August 28th, 2010
Upon awakening this morning, I realized that there was not going to be a hike up on the mountain. It was raining and very, very cold. This happened at 7 am so I was all ready, of course….when you are ready, plans change. This trip has been so representative of adjusting my thought process in each moment and just going with the flow. Isn’t that what Oneness is about? Connecting with each other, with ourselves, and not having an expectations or disappointments? I am living it in this moment, and it feels so very right within my Being…
Since I was having computer issues at the house, I found out that a phone call could be made to Betty’s (the owner of the guesthouse) computer geek. Also one of my housemate’s was having similar internet issues which made me feel better. There was not going to be an immediate solution so I hightailed it to one of the local coffee houses. Things have changed so drastically in just one year. Our usual Telsoian gathering café is now a Mexican café and even the clientele have changed. I checked out another one at the other end of town, and they no longer have internet service but boy, were they crowded. I guess that’s where the townies all meet now. I went back to the Mexican café and promptly found a space to connect with the internet.
After completing the tasks that needed to be done, it was still cold and damp so I decided that I would do some shopping in some of our favorite eclectic shops. One is called “Soul Connection” and is an amazing store. I felt I needed to find a particular book, why I do not know since I need to get rid of some of my books, when I felt Adama’s energy and he said hello. I asked him if he needed me and he said, “Yes, we need you to drive to Hedge Creek Falls in Dunsmuir.” I asked of the urgency and he said, “Immediately.” So I purchased the book I was looking for and went south back to Dunsmuir for another adventure.

Hedge Creek Falls is very easy to get to. You park across the street and walk into a park-like setting. You even have a view of Mt. Shasta through the trees, but not on this day with the fog. As I walked towards the path, Adama said, “Now there are going to be two people at the bottom. Please make sure you speak with them.” I started walking down the path. It is a steep incline but very well cared for and winds to your left a couple of times. It is probably only about ¼ mile down to the bottom. You walk into a cave-like setting where the waterfall comes down the middle into a small pool of water. It is lined by rock formations, trees, and you can hear the water flow from the pool down an embankment. I noticed there were two other people on the side taking pictures with the woman writing in a journal just as Adama described. The gentlemen nodded to me as he was waiting for his
partner to finish. I was busy taking a video in the cave so I was looking out towards the waterfall.

When I was finished, they came by and I spoke with them. They were in awe of the beauty of the falls and I told them about Moss Brae which is just down the road as I explained the long walk on the railroad tracks. They were of foreign descent but spoke excellent English. She said that they definitely were going there right now and he smiled as they walked past me. At this point, I was unsure if they were Telosians here to check up on me or actual humans that needed assistance. You never know in Mt. Shasta when you are going to be put on notice. I just love sharing with others about the beauty and wonders in the area.
I then sat down on a log that was facing into the falls looking at the deepness of the cave. I was guided once again to call in all of the 22 Rays of God on the cosmic level along with activating all of the Earth energies for assistance. I realized that as I am doing this work that the cosmic energies are coming into the land masses to assist not only the environment but the masses of people that are traveling to these areas. I have done many medicine wheel ceremonies in Mt. Shasta in which the Masters have told me how much it has assisted the area, but never before have I used the Rays of God in this manner.
Telosian Portal
I then started channeling the Elohim of God energies as they came through song in my voice. The vibration of the area changed drastically and I felt such glee within my Being. The spot where the water falls into is a small pool and if weather conditions were different, I would have stood under that spot as I did last year. I felt the energies of the pool of water and knew that it was a portal to Telos. The Elohim then guided me into the pool of water through my mind’s eye as I transferred my Spirit swirling in a clockwise manner through the portal feeling myself in a crystalline tunnel no bigger than my Light Body. I was spinning downwards and then felt myself in an entrance way to Telos. It was not the city itself but almost a reception area. As I stood there, I saw many Telosians and then five very familiar gentlemen. These were the guys from yesterday that had come to Moss Brae Falls with inner tubes going into the river. Then I realized that they were also Telosians coming by to either say hello or they were watchers. It was a moment of recognition for me that what I was experiencing was very real. You see, Judy, my traveling buddy is usually the one that picks up on these interactions with people and without her with me I had to rely on my own physical feelings, not just an intuitive sense.
I then knew it was time to leave and was told that I could utilize this portal at any time. There are so many of these portals all over the Mt. Shasta area and each one is guided and protected by the Telosian people. I came back up through the portal and felt myself return into my body. Again, a change had taken place. More activation but this time it was not uncomfortable although at first, I felt a bit ungrounded. It was then time for me to move on; my work had been completed.
I walked up the pathway to return to my car and immediately felt High Priest Adama and Dr. Joshua David Stone. Joshua was my mentor and I still continue to connect with him concerning my ascension work. He has helped me tremendously to be the teacher I have become. I felt they were walking with me; not in front or in back of me but all of us together. The connection was unbelievable for me to be walking hand-in-hand with these great masters and here I was in body, a simple woman from Southern New Jersey. How did I get to this point in my life. I am in awe every moment of the pathway I have chosen and the challenges I had to endure but I have survived it all. I survived death a couple of times and came out of it a much better person. I have healed internally and externally beyond my wildest dreams and now my life is changing once again. I am receiving all that I have wanted to create but until you get to this point, you can only dream. It is no longer a dream, it is a reality for me.
Dearest Adama and Joshua have asked me to do something that I have thought about doing but not quite sure if I could create it fully. I cannot impart to you in this moment what it is they spoke about on our trip back up the pathway but it is very huge. It is about my teachings and helping to create the New Earth. Tomorrow is another day and I will have more concrete information at that time. I am a fully integrated being in a fifth dimensional body and moving into a higher dimension as I share my journey with you.

I then drove back to Mt. Shasta, stopped and ate a salad. I wanted to travel up to the mountain as it looked like the clouds were lifting off the peaks. I needed to recharge my camera so I took some downtime in my room. About 6 p.m. I started up the mountain and the energies were so new and fresh after the rains. I was just about at the top which is 7,000 feet when it started snowing. How pristine and beautiful. I got out of my car to take some pictures although most of the clouds were still overhanging. Across the horizon, the sky was deep blue and white as the clouds were lifting in the distance and at a lower altitude. It was a beautiful site to behold.
I now feel it is time for me to make that hike up the mountain to my destiny. If the weather is bad tomorrow, I will wait until Monday which would be appropriate since it is my last day here in Mt. Shasta. I do not have any anxiety about the trek as I did two days ago. I am very secure and balanced within my Being.
I am looking forward to another adventure in Mt. Shasta and am happy to share the energies with each of you. Adama told me today that each person I mentioned in the opening ceremony has been visiting Telos during their sleep state and I also have mentioned others since that time. You may not remember but if you are going through some trials or initiations on your own, please know that you are being guided greatly into a new facet of your life.

No. 3 – Friday, August 27, 2010
You never know what can happen from each moment to the next. When I went to sleep last night, I was ready to arise at 6 am and prepare to hike up the mountain to a place I felt was important for me to experience. I could not wake up; I arose but then fell back down again until 8 a.m. This frustrated me as I felt I was letting the Ascended Masters that are working with me down. I had failed to do my best. So then there was the guilt which was worse has it was self inflicted.
I realized that I was being worked on so intensely that there wasn’t any way that I could perform the task that was previously set before me. The evening before Master Adama told me that my plans may need to be changed and well, he was correct. I decided which the advice of both Adama and St. Germain that I would travel to Moss Brae Falls in Dunsmuir which is the next town south of Mt. Shasta. It is a very powerful place and I knew that it would be an intense trip. Besides that, I have taken this excursion before and knew what was before me. You have to walk down railroad tracks for one mile. It is not an easy feat as you are walking across the railroad planks and the spaces are filled with huge rocks. It is a walk in which one needs to be very connected with what they are doing in each moment. The issues I have had with my equilibrium previously was quite a challenge.
I arrived at the point of origin after having a healthy breakfast in Big Bear Diner, the hot spot in Mt. Shasta. I had my walking stick in hand along with my backpack filled with power bars, water, a towel and incidentals. When I started walking, I heard above my head a noise as a raven sweeped to my left side but behind me. I felt that I was walking into the magic and I was guiding myself instead of him being in front of me.

As I walked from plank to plank, I start chanting “Om Nam Shivaya” and found this really helped me along with integrating the Emerald Green Ray of Harmony and Balance to help with my grounding issues. I felt as if I was walking on a cloud, moving from each plan to another. What a difference. I stopped to take some pictures of the Sacramento River to my right as the view was amazing.

The time went pretty quickly which I was surprised. I only passed one other party of individuals which was quite a difference from last year but we were there on a Saturday. I saw ahead the bridge on the tracks and new the entrance was to my right. I was excited.
Pathway into the Falls
I walked down the narrow pathway through the woods taking me into a deep valley lined with beautiful light. It is very steep so I took my time and as I arrived at the bottom, I saw that I was the only individual in this beautiful space. As one enters the space, it is strewn with rocks and boulders. The river bends from the left side and turns around the corner so that the water is flowing from left to right. I stood in front of the great wall of water flowing down the mountain in front of me in awe of the beauty of this amazing occurrence. The water was not as wide as it was last year. I stepped around and took many pictures. I had heard from another individual yesterday that this was St. Germain’s place of healing and believe me it is so true. I then was able to take a video of the falls to share with

Moss Brae Falls
There was one boulder that seemed to fit the bill for me to create a ceremony. I had dry sage which I crumbled up around where I was sitting and was in complete awe of being here in this space on my own by the guidance of the great masters in my life. It makes me feel so grateful for the gifts that I have opened up this lifetime and am able to share a world that many wish to do so.
I set up the ceremony of connecting to the Native energies. I sat back on the boulder and decided to record the sound of the water which I thought would be wonderful to share with others. I found myself situated so I could face the falls and started seeing amazing faces in the water. I then got out my camera again and tried to do some close-ups. I cannot share all of them here but will put together a video of the entire trip which I feel will be awesome.
In the meantime a young couple appeared and situated themselves on another boulder. They were not friendly and I was having a hard time connecting with them there. I knew St. Germain was very prevalent not only through my consciousness but through the energies of the fall. I also took a picture of the sun and the Violet Flame was very apparent in the scenery. I then decided to call upon each of the 22 Cosmic Rays to assist the area. Shortly thereafter, my two friends exited the area of the falls.
I breathed deeply into my being and felt the cosmic energies coming through the entire space. I then asked for a Golden White Ascension column to come down into the area to assist the energies of so many people visiting there continually. At this time, I heard Adama saying, “Christine, it is time. Please go into the water and refresh your energies.” Now I know this water is very cold but I was not prepared for the intensity of this moment. I had worn my bathing suit underneath my clothes so I immediately did what I was told, like a child obeying it’s mother. Always for my higher good…. I put my feet into the water and I thought, ‘no way.’ I continually think about Judy, my traveling companion, because I always push her to get into these freezing waters to purge her energies. So today I needed to take my own advice. I kept trying to find a way around the shoreline that would make it easier. Not so; I moved into an area where the water was not running as swiftly and walked into the water all the while thinking, “it is not cold, it is not cold..” I finally bent down and immersed myself to my waist and then just started splashing everywhere. I knew my head needed to be submerged as all chakras needed to be part of the process. I splashed water onto my face and then dunked my head all the while, screaming which was echoing loudly as if I was in a amphitheater.
At this time, a young Japanese family came down and were smiling at me. They were so very sweet and I connected with the little girl, about age 5 or 6. She immediately took stripped to her bathing suit and went into the water but ran out again. I am thinking, “usually children will do anything but look how smart she is. I was laughing to myself.” I then dried off and knew my work was not finished. I stood against the boulder and connected with the waters. I felt Telosians standing around me along with many masters. I was not alone at all.

I looked up and heard St. Germain, “Let’s converse.” He then explained to me about the levels of the water coming down the wall. It was like there were steps. I counted the steps and there were about 7 of them. He told me that each of those levels represent the higher energies coming down into the body of water. Think of the water as the physical body and the water being the higher frequencies. “You were asked to immerse in the water, not because of purging your old self, but to integrate these Telosian waters into your physical body. You have been attuned to a higher frequency that is going to assist you in working with others to command the 5th dimensional body of light in your sessions.” He went on to explain that I have an ability to utilize the water frequency with others and I had the feeling at the time that it meant to change one’s internal system through these light frequencies but also to attune the actual water content in specific areas. He did not explain this in depth and I am still very unsure how this is going to occur but know that something very deep happened to me in these moments.
I then knew that it was time to leave. I packed up my things and said farewell to my new friends. As I was walking back down the railroad tracks, St. Germain spoke to me personally about what I was experiencing and told me he was very impressed in my pathway on this day. I was told that this was quite a challenge; the walk on the tracks, the energies in the fall area, and accessing it alone without anyone else. As I was walking, I felt more grounded but more in a higher state as if I was just easily floating from one plank to the other. I was in the flow. This has never happened to me before. I would be in a higher state and then I would trip and fall off my feet. During this walk today I only tripped two or three times on some stones which is amazing for me. For years my father always worried about my equilibrium and I was always falling on my knees. Today I felt balanced and focused but yet in a higher state of awareness.
As I stopped on the tracks to drink some water, my Japanese friends passed by me. We met up again on the road where our cars were parked and we spoke for a short time. We never did exchange names but the young woman was very intrigued by my energies and she was asking me if I meditate. I told them what I do and I was here in Mt. Shasta on an inner spiritual journey to rejuvenate my spirit. They were from Los Angeles and very new in this country of only two years. I guided them where they could go, like Panther Meadows, to feel the energies. I just find it so interesting that they were Japanese origin but did not know how to connect with their higher self. I was happy that I could be of service to them.
I came back to town and stopped for a great dinner at Mexican restaurant, Judy’s favorite, and enjoyed a margarita. I have been relaxing since then and intend to retire early. Seems the internet is not working tonight so I guess Spirit said I needed a rest. I hope to upload this blog tomorrow sometime.
Now Adama has informed me I am ready for the trek up the mountain to a very special portal but the weather is threatening tomorrow. So we shall see what this moment brings. It was a great lesson this morning to be in the moment and know that everything is Divinely Guided even when you think that you have failed but yet you have not. Timing is everything and changes in each moment.

Another day has come and gone with more energies being infused within my being. As one that has been on this path for over two decades, you think that you would be accustomed to the infusing energies that are a direct result of Spirit working through you. Alas, it never stops and the onion is always peeling away layer by layer.
Very interesting event happened to me last night when I was finishing up the blog and uploading yet another recording of the Full Moon call on Sunday. It was getting late and with a loud noise, the lights went out and on. So I said, “Okay, I am coming.” I knew the Telosians and the Light Beings wanted me in Telos and I was taking too long. Another manifestation of Spirit working in my life.
As I was trying to sleep, I started feeling some strange energies that were not present previously. I always ask if they are in the Light, and they said no. Many souls were becking at my door to my room from the hallway. I am staying in a guesthouse that originally was a hostel and the owner, Betty, informed me to keep the doors locked as the hikers still think it is a hostel. So then I realized that for the eleven years she ran this space as a hostel, many souls came in and out. They were looking for assistance so I sent them on their way.
Each time I travel, I always bring with me my ‘clearing salt’ and ‘Clearing Space Spray’. This time I forgot the salt which does not mean I could not make more, but I realized it was time to utilize the energies fully from the God Force through me now that I have come into this new space of existence. I utilize the Golden Ray into my being, and input it through the ceilings and floors through my fingertips. This sometimes can attract wayward spirits as they are looking to move into the Light. These souls were definitely attracted to this Light but could not enter my room. Another form of actualization of what I am creating in my life.
In the morning I awoke groggy and not grounded. Too many energies in my sleep state as I know I am traveling to Telos to connect with the Beings of Light, my soul sisters and brothers. I decided to take my time and why push myself which is not the usual way for me. My goal on this trip is to be ‘in the moment’ and not rush towards those moments. I took time to eat a light breakfast on the deck, watching the beautiful mountain and listening to the hummingbirds flying around. There were not as many today as yesterday but the joy of their light is amazing.
I stopped at our (my friend, Judy, and I traveling here extensively) coffee shop and it was different. No familiar faces, and it was empty which is very unusual. Of course, it was later in the morning hours. I drove up to the mountain, again tearing greatly feeling the love and joy that is coming to me from the Telosians, High Priest Adama, and St. Germain. I feel so very special to receive these moments from them. I also was anticipating newer energies coming to me and within that, was anxiousness of the reality of it all. I knew I needed to travel into Upper Panther Meadows which is a place of joy and pure bliss. As I walked up towards the path, the entryway had been changed but it was so much better. The old way was to trek up the deep hill and then a steep downward climb into the meadow. Now the path went to the right and around between the trees making the walk much easier.

As I came down into the meadow, the bliss of the flowers amongst the greenery is something that one can only imagine. The essence of this meadow burns a beautiful light within your heart and you are changed forever. Breathing deeply I continued to walk. I met a few comrades along the path and as always, I love to exchange stories. A met a couple of young girls that were camping out and traveling together. It was special to see their exuberance as they shared their journey with me.
I walked through the meadow along the pathway which takes you through some rock formations. I stood at the end and heard Adama, “You must get off the Beaten Track.” I knew that my connections needed to be in private. I looked to my left and walked up through the barren woods with many rock formations trying to decide which way to go when I looked up and saw a man coming down from the woods towards the meadow. He was quite a few hundred yards away and did not look at me but instantly, I knew he was more than just a fellow hiker. He was slender with dark hair and a goatee wearing khaki shorts and sandals. The sandals are always a good giveaway that someone is from Telos. They are the only ones I know have that can walk across those rocks and not be wearing hiking shoes of some kind.
I took a deep breath and realized my connection to him was spiritual and that he was a guide. I did receive confirmation that he was Saint Germain. I was also told by Adama that this boulder would be a light portal to Telos. I then looked up and there it was. It was not too high that I could not perch myself up upon. I looked beyond the boulder into the woods and there was a heavy mist so I knew I had found the right spot. I then took a couple of pictures which are shown here.

I sat upon the boulder and started my connections to Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandfather Sun, and Grandmother Moon. I always repeat these words to connect with all levels of creation and continue will all the beings inhabited upon this earth: Thunderbeings, Cloud People, Stone People, Root Givers, Two-Leggeds, Creepy Crawlers, Winged Ones, Finned Ones, Four Leggeds, and All Sentient Beings. This helps me to connect with all the levels and then I move into the ascension energies. I instantly felt a surge running through me and decided to put together a meditation incorporating all 22 Rays and Chakras which I presently have integrated physically but I wanted to actualize all of these rays within me along with calling upon the Ray Chohans (Leaders), Archangels, and Elohim Masters with the Cosmic Great Central Sun and the Creative Source of Oneness. I saw a part of my Spirit move into the energies of Telos so I was in both places at the same time. I had many birds singing to me as I chanted “Om Nam Shivaya” and connected to Master Babaji as he is a very personal friend and teacher to me. The vibrations were great and Adama said these words: “Meleriessee, you are being activated to the energies of Telos more fully within the physical. Preparations are being made for you to visit and this is a very important day for you. When you are finished, please go the Lake Siskiyou and purge yourself into the waters. Do not go to Crystal Lake as those energies are more intense. We need you to release any additional physical elements that may be keeping you from full activation. You may visit Crystal Lake on another day.”
This was my day to connect with Adama and Saint Germain stayed in the background. I grounded myself in preparation for my journey down the pathway. As I was walking back through Panther Meadows, I took another deep breath and felt a surge of energy run through me. The bliss of this land is amazing and runs right through your heart. As I was walking back, I met two wonderful beings of Light, a wonderfully love-filled couple. They definitely were a soul connection for me, and I felt so wonderful to meet them once again. We shared stories standing there about Adama and Telos, and promised to speak further while I was staying in Mt. Shasta. They were such a beautiful beam of Light, full of bliss and love, giving me hope that many of us will receive our True Partners very soon.

I traveled back down the mountain and prepared myself to take a swim in the mountain waters. I was very surprised that it was not colder than I felt. The weather has been very hot here in Mt. Shasta this summer. I walked into the water and felt the rocks underneath my feet as the grounding energies ran through me. I connected with Gaia and the core of this lake. I asked for the Spirit Keeper to assist me with my journey. It took me right back as a child swimming in a lake in Pennsylvania where my mother spent her summers “Eaglesmere” as it was pure mountain water. Here you are lying in the water looking up at the mountains around you – what pure bliss this is….and seeing Mt. Shasta beaming with streams of snow in front of your eyes. I asked to be purged of any additional energies and immersed myself while swimming underwater. It was a wonderful time.
I returned back to my own space and found myself falling asleep again. I know the energies today are preparing me for great changes tomorrow. I decided to go out to dinner at a restaurant called, “Lillies” which is a beautiful place aligned with white lights. It felt good to celebrate myself. I saved a glass of wine for later as I know tomorrow is a very important day.
I came back to the guesthouse and met two new people arriving for a few days. We instantly connected and again, Spirit, has put me in the right location at the right time. I truly look forward to sharing with them in the next few days.
So what does tomorrow bring? Another hiking expedition except this one is big. I am going to the top parking lot and hiking up the mountain to a spot which I feel is a special alignment for me. I have wanted to do this previously but was not ready to do so physically. I am challenged physically with extra weight on my legs, but am very intense with my exercise and have been receiving wonderful healing treatments for the pain I held within my legs for years. That has now been dissipated and my legs are strong. I need to make this journey not only for myself spiritually but most of all physically.
What do I expect? More energy connections and a deeper connection with St. Germain as he is the one that I have been working with very closely for several years. I am fully activated under the 7th Ray of Ceremonial Magic under his command and know that this journey tomorrow is an activation of more teachings for me in a different manner. I hope to be able to see him physically but if not, I will see him in the 5th dimension as I have had previous encounters.
I am excited, exhilarated, and of course, anxious but am ready to move forward onto this path that I have been actively working with for eons of time.

Acceleration of Being an Integrated Being on Earth

I have been in Mt. Shasta for 24 hours and already feel a difference within my Beingness. I left my home in Southern New Jersey at 4 a.m. EST on Tuesday, August 24th, 2010. I had barely an hour of sleep with trying to get recordings uploaded so I could share with my students before I left.
I was guided by St. Germain and High Priest Adama, from Telos to come to Mt. Shasta in August. I asked for doorways to occur as I had no clue how this trip was being paid for. Well, the monies arrived and the doorways opened.
I had amazing connections between two flights of meeting two special ladies that were joining their families in Sacramento. I felt my energies being shown to others in the mainstream of society by just showing great love everywhere I turned. I slept on the planes but who sleeps well in the air. As I left Sacramento, above my head was a Golden Hawk which to me is very representative of my guidance of the Cosmic Great Central Sun. I was so appreciative of the message and know that my journey is being guided by the Golden Ray of the Cosmic Energies.
The drive from Sacramento to Mt. Shasta is about 200 miles, and it was the longest journey that I have ever taken. I felt it represented my inner journey as it has taken me almost 30 years to fully activate the levels of consciousness within my cellular memory. I stopped twice for coffee as it was challenging. I was already experiencing being in both worlds of the 5th and 4th dimensions.
I arrived at my destination of Alpenrose Cottage. If you ever come to Mt. Shasta, please check out the beauty of this guesthouse. I am in a room off a large deck facing the mountain and can see the mountain when I sleep. It has a private bath with a huge kitchen and living area.
As I walked out on the deck outside my room, there were about 50 hummingbirds flying around a feeder that Betty, the owner of the guesthouse has hanging up filled with sugar water. I stood there and they were kissing my aura. I felt the tears of joy running through me as they were connecting to my Spirit. She explained to me that these were the babies, and they would be migrating very soon. It was such a blessing to watch. What a message of joy expressing my journey.
This morning I had some glitches with my physical energies, third eye and solar plexus issues, which can sometimes occur in higher altitudes which I am not accustomed within my environment. As I drove out of the driveway, a light came on my car. Thank you, Mercury Retrograde for showing me your energies. It turned out to be the tire pressure, and I was able to take care of it easily and effortlessly. I finally arrived at the top of the majestic mountain as far as the road would take me.
I could not hike far. The headache was making me very off center so I found a quiet place facing the mountain. Right away the energies became very intense and I felt so welcome. You see, I have been traveling to this area for 11 years and only once before, was I alone. I called out the specific names of people who asked to connect with the energies. I worked with the Native and Telosian energies. I felt at peace. I was told by Adama that today was an integration day for me and that I should take care of myself physically. My body is being prepared for a great journey this week.
Previously when I have come to Mt. Shasta, I always asked for advice. There is a book coming on these experiences as they have been intense. This time it is different. I am living each moment and know I will be in the right place. The beauty of this gift is amazing.
I have been in a dream, a void of loving energies. I returned to town and did some food shopping as I know this trip is different. I bought greens and fruits to balance my energies. It helped so very much. I then slept for four hours. What an amazing sleep. The weather is very unseasonably hot for Mt. Shasta but the breeze is amazing. Not the humidity I am used to dealing with in New Jersey.
I then had a call from Anna, who is a friend that owns another place to stay. Her lodging was not available so we had dinner together. I felt the connection with her unbelievable. I always liked Anna. She is very German and very straight-forward with direct honesty. She is a therapist and we discussed the need to help individuals raise their thought processes to help the healing. Now Anna is not in the same space as I am with my work, but there was a connection with each other — a common ground.
This trip is about me connecting to people in a new and alive manner. The last time I traveled alone, I was hurting physically and needed time to just let the healing occur. I have come into a new space of my being and Anna noticed it. She told me how strong my aura was and very illuminating. It was a beautiful confirmation.
So tomorrow I am off to Panther Meadows which is very calming and inviting. No intense hiking until Friday. I do intend to go to the lake in the afternoon to cleanse and purge my presence in preparation for Friday’s journey up the mountain. I know which space I am going to travel as I have felt the need to do this for a few years but never had the courage. I am now ready to climb the journey of my entire souls’ life.

We are in a time of extreme change that is going to catapult us into areas that we dared not tread previously. The tremendous amount of energies upon the planet presently are allowing us to feel the full potential of the Creation of Oneness.
We have just gone through the Wesak energies as of May 27th but that is only our beginning. Wesak always changes each of us as we move forward with Lord Buddha, Lord Maitreya, and Sanat Kumara. They are overlighting our energies and walking along side of us as we share our knowledge and expression of whom we are to others.
How does Wesak change us? Well, the energies of this full moon are so intense that we never know how deeply we will change. We find in our daily lives that we look at something completely different than before, or we make a decision that we thought was solid and completely change it for the betterment of our soul. We never know how much Wesak changes our innermost thoughts and feelings for about three months; when at that time, you can look back and say, “Wow, did I change so completely”. It is a wonderful experience to know that we are moving in a positive direction.
Until we get to the point with the three-month time frame, we will go through many emotions and reflections within ourselves that possibly are uncomfortable. We are in a time when it is imperative to full accept our new awareness and frequency of light that is enfolding in each moment. This is especially true of the moments that are uncomfortable. The power of connecting to our highest presence is the ability to know ourselves more completely than we have before. I always think that my summers are going to be full of joyfulness, light, and laughter and since I have been participating in the Wesak energies for the past 11 years, well these are always my most powerful times to heal so deeply.
This year is even more powerful with the activations, attunements, and acceptance of whom we are and how we can best proceed. It is a time for us to embrace the teachings that come to us even if we only use them for a short while.
Presently I am feeling that the teachings of the great Masters of St Germain, Djwhal Kuhl, Alice Bailey, and so many others are the true essence of what we need to acknowledge. I believe we need to get back to these books that opened up our hearts in the beginning of our pathways as we prepare to go into the Golden Era. It is our divinity to do so and it is the power within us to overcome the 3rd and 4th dimensional trials to aspire fully into the 5th dimensional world of Love and Joy.
I would like to include a Native Woman named “No Eyes” that was introduced by Mary Summer Rain in her books from the 80’s. No Eyes saved my life when I needed to get down into the dirt and gritty of my soul. Her teachings are amazing and I suggest to those that truly want to get into your core issues, No Eyes is the master to work with, but prepared to be fully pushed in ways that you never thought were possible.
So enjoy the ride whether it is full of fun and laughter or a few tears because it can change in a moment’s notice. You may get a glimpse of your I Am Presence fully activated and be able to fully accept the truth and knowledge of your inner self.

If something suddenly looms up in front of you that seems terrifying, say “Hold on just a minute, you are outside of my world,” and then call instantly to your “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Ascended Master to dissolve and consume that thing, cause, effect and record, no mater where it comes from. You will see how quickly you will be absolutely free from any touch of it; and in this firmness you are gaining, you will find the same as the Messenger does, your one Call will do the work.
