Archangel Michael Asks
It was over a decade ago that Christine Meleriessee answered the call from Archangel Michael to join Heaven and Earth within the messages of theClarion Temple of 911. This was a powerful connection desired by the souls of the 911 event to assist and thank humanity for all their prayers of love, compassion and healing expressed for them and their loved ones. The event of that day in 2001 was the first time in humanities history that humans all across the globe began to consciously be joined en mass — together in unity — for a common cause of the heart.
It then came to be called the Clarion Light Beings Temple of 911 & Beyond ~ Unified in Oneness and has grown to change the destiny of millions of souls, both those of whom recently walked upon planet EARTH, and many more from the entire MULTI-UNIVERSE of ALL THAT IS.
The Temple now came to represent all the Beings of Light who are eternally committed to answering the call; the Clarion Call of all who seek spiritual aid as the spiritual numbers of 9-1-1 represent “nine”, the movement of God combined with “One”, the Unity of All That Is in relation to the “one”, the individual who is seeking aid from the Spiritual Realm. All participants who joined in on the weekly calls, as human representatives, now became the vehicles for in depth healing and accelerations within themselves, enjoying the high frequency attunements and meditations that were also being experienced by All The Light Beings.
More Changes
Now there are even more changes to bring us all into Healing & Wholeness within the Temple.
We have come to a juncture of time for each of us and in the pathway that we are embarking upon. Changes occur and we need to flow with those elements of the passage of time. Today is one such day as The Clarion Temple of 911 & Beyond ~ Unified in Oneness is moving into a new frequency of Light.
Since the transference of the Sunday night Cosmic Oneness call just two short weeks ago, Meleriessee personally knew there were going to be more changes. Lord Sananda along with Divine Mother and Father God announced to Mike Hayden and Mel that they wanted to let go of the Cosmic Oneness call to assist them due to more projects coming up, and they also decided that this energy should be integrated into the Clarion Light Beings 911 & Beyond call. As Meleriessee states, “It was with a shift in my consciousness that I needed to fully embrace this change but yet, Lord Sananda, explained that we had all been discussing this possible adjustment for a few weeks on the Inner Plane. I accepted that this needed to be done for many reasons.”
In addition to the releasement of the Cosmic Oneness call, the Cosmic Great Central Sun would now move to overlight the energies within the Clarion Temple of 911 call. (A few months ago Mel and Mike had asked the Unified Whole to fully put the Temple into wholeness of the 144th dimension so this was an added element.) On that first combined call, Divine Mother and Father God brought forth their energies in a beginning overture. Meleriessee’s dearest friend and colleague, Fred, who has been the Spokes-Being of the Temple since the beginning still provided an introduction. But yet, in that moment, she knew that there would be a change.
Those of you who do not know the story of how the Temple of 911 was started, Christine Meleriessee experienced a Sweat Lodge one month after the 911 Tragedy in Long Island, New York. The energies were quite intense and she was doing heavy shamanic work while in the Lodge. She recalls, “As I got up for the 3rd round, I fell into the rocks and burned my shin in the shape of a “heart”. It was on this day I was introduced to Fred, who was a Fire Battalion Chief in New York City. It will help an individual to understand the depth of this work that Fred and I were destined to create together.”
A Dear Friend Indeed
Fred not only was the Spokes-Being but a true friend in Spirit. When Meleriessee traveled to Mt. Shasta, he would come through her and speak to the other people she was with. He loved being in the car and seeing the scenery as he joked about his beautiful but quiet life living in New York City. He has since been introduced to all her friends and has become a close friend to Mike in the process. Christine Meleriesse goes on to speak about her multidimensional friend, “We have had many laughs together and watching him grow has been a beautiful joy for me to see. When he first communicated to us through my channeling, he had no idea what level of dimension he was residing in or what that word even meant. He would come and tell us where he was with the excitement of a young man moving into a powerful job. He has communicated how many Beings were now coming to the Temple of 911 and how wonderful it was to see the healing that has resulted from this amazing meditation group. I consider him a soul of great love and understanding even though we never met in body.”
As in all good things that occur, individuals are healed and must move forward whether they are in or out of body. Mel had this same occurrence with her Gatekeeper, Robert, about 15 years ago when he said he would no longer be “Robert” but “Solebterium”. He was still her Gatekeeper and watcher of all who come to her in Spirit, but he had merged with his Higher Self due to the work that he and Mel were doing together.
With regards to Fred’s own acceleration, Mel says, “Again, I now must accept the fact that this amazing meditation group is changing and molding into another higher aspect. With the integration of the Cosmic frequencies within the group, I knew it was time to accept this adjustment but not without a sadness. Fred, is now merging with his Higher Self who turns out to be a very important figure in our past history of this Earth. He is also integrating with some of his other aspects, one which is a Pleidian, along with others we are unsure of. I choose not to reveal his historical name as yet as we plan to honor Fred in our next Clarion Temple call which will be on June 11, 2012.”

With this merging of Higher Essence Aspects for Fred, he will no longer be introducing the energies for the meditation as he has done so for many years. Divine Mother and Father God will bring forth the introduction through an attunement and clarification of the energies for the evening. It is not without sadness that Meleriessee accepts this change, but Fred is graduating and he fully would not have been able to go as far without this amazing Temple of Light.
Mel concludes, “So I am excited and sad at the same time, but he tells us that he will be speaking within the Temple soon along with still being on the Council with Archangel Michael, Divine Mother & Father God, the Unified Whole, along with Mike and myself. The temple has been changing for many months with the guest Light Beings sharing amazing energies and attunements each week. Today was the day that we would connect fully with the Lemurian energies and have a visitation to Telos with the help of Lord Adama. Judy and I had already picked out our location which was about 15 miles south of Mt. Shasta in Upper McCloud Falls along the McCloud River.
We drove down 89A and then through the forest. There are three levels to McCloud Falls and each one is just as beautiful. The lower level is very crowded with a picnic area. We chose this spot because it was off the beaten path and knew that St. Germain’s energy was very prevalent in this area. He was everywhere through the trees, the sun, the land, and the water.
This spot is located several hundred feet above the falls. It was nestled in the trees with rock formations so that we could sit together in a semi-circle facing the water. The river at this point is not very wide so it almost looks like a stream. The current is not real strong but definitely movement in the water. As we sat on the rocks, we could see a portal in the water. The foliage on the other side was very representative of tropical leaves which seemed to be very representative of the Lemurian and Telosian environment.
As we connected with the energies of the Earth and Sky, all of the Team of Light was standing around us in the frequency of light. Each of us shared our intentions, what we had learned and walked through in the last two days. It was a wonderful moment of reflection.
Again, the energies were flowing through me as I am no longer a channel but a conduit of the frequencies. They are so much a part of me especially during the ceremonial event. Everything was silent around us as I stated the Rays of God for everyone to intuit. The focus of this ceremony would be to work with Lord Metatron for the Golden Flame and actualizing our relationship with him. This is a phase that many people have not achieved to fully intuit the accessibility of the frequencies of Lord Metatron. This phase was to help individuals to fully access their I AM Presence within the 12th Chakra on the 4th dimensional chakra grid within the Heart area.
I included the energies of the Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon, and Grandfather Sun as well as the animals represented in each of the directions of the Eagle, Coyote, Bear,Buffalo, and the Raven representing the magic of the circle. While I stated these elements, I drummed through the process to allow the frequency to be integrated within each individual. The visualization included a complete cleansing of the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual bodies to prepare everyone for the journey we were about to embark upon.
We were in Oneness with the rocks, the flowers, the water, the air, the sun, and the essence of calling upon the Spirit Keeper. We then were greeted by Lord Adama who would guide us into the Telosian energies. We entered the portal of light in the river via our Merkabah vehicle as one essence. The portal became an elevator and traveled into the core of the mountain. We were guided to move into a vehicle that would travel through the tunnel to arrive at our destination in the City of Telos.
We were then guided into an area of Telos I have never seen before. It was a glass enclosed area with foliage all around us being greeted by the children of Telos. It was an exciting moment. We then were taken up to the Temple of King Ra and Queen Rama Mu. As we entered the temple, we were guided to an amphitheatre where we were greeted by many Telosians. The energies were highly emotional and very welcoming to us. All of the Ray Chohans and the Team of Light were there to greet us.
We had a ceremony with each of these beautiful beings and each individual was greeted by a Light Beings, Ascended Master, Inter-Galactic, or Telosian that took them to a special place. They were shown a special area that was in their heart and remembrance. They worked on any issues that were holding them back from the integration of the three-fold flame of the Male, Female, and the Golden Flame within. Each individual was given the opportunity to move into this space to receive this Frequency of Light.
Each participant then was given a special message from Lord Metatron about where they are and how to get through the obstacles that may be stopping them from doing so. He then took each one separately into a special portal to receive the attunement of the Three-Fold Flame. It would be up to each person if they were ready to full activate it depending upon where they were in their pathway. It was a golden opportunity to receive the Essence of the Golden Flame, and to be fully connected to Lord Metatron on a physical basis forevermore.
We were then acknowledged by Lord Adama and the entire hierarchy of the Inner Earth to fully become one with each of them as we merged our energies deeply and never to be removed. We were guided out of the amphitheatre, through the glass building, into the tunnel, through the portal as we came back to our original space by the river.
Everyone had a different experience but it was an amazing moment for each of us, including myself. I was acknowledged in ways that I never thought possible.
We then all immersed ourselves in the freezing cold river so that we could all feel renewed and rejuvenated. The water was swift and cold is not really a good word. Beyond freezing as if the snow had just melted in front of us. I was very proud of everyone as they got into the river. I probably complained the most, and I am usually the first one in.
We then drove back to town and parted. We decided we would meet later up by their campground as there was a trail I wanted them to see that was quite different. We arrived a couple of hours later full of food and trekked down the trail. Sometimes going down isn’t as easy as one would think. It was in the forest and you could feel the essence of Lemuria filtering through the trees, the elementals

singing as we found a beautiful stream that was coming from the snow melting on top of the mountain. We were in Lower Panther Meadows. I had traveled here last year when Saint Germain and Lord Adama appeared to me. We sat on this long log connecting silently and then just conversed with each other processing what we had experienced earlier.
We spent an hour or so there and decided it was time to move up the mountain once again. Jocelyn and I had a wonderful discussion as Judy and Heathr were conversing. It was a beautiful moment and even more special when Jocelyn announced that she was now going to be called “Joy”. Jocelyn means Joy and she was ready to honor that within her. I thought that was so wonderful for her to fully acknowledge her inner essence of Joy.
Judy and I parted as we made plans for our last excursion at Castle Lake the following day. I truly was looking forward to this event.
We had decided that on this day I would work with Heathr and Jocilyn private as Judy had a special hike she wanted to travel. We had done this together previously and she was anxious to go further than we had made it. That was fine with me.
The mountain is strewn with lots of snow patches as the snow hit hard in March and the road was not fully open until middle of July. It was interesting to walk along a path not far from the parking lot and see the patches of snow. Judy’s pathway was much more challenging in that realm than myself and my two companions.
We walked together for a short while and found a wonderful area with several rocks in which we could sit and talk with one another. My goal each day was to make sure their intention was very clear. I asked how each of them was feeling after our cleansing and earth connection the previous day. Both of them felt wonderful and were ready to start the next phase of their journey.
As I started to command the 22 Rays of God, I had no idea of what I was about to bring forth. It is so typical of my work presently and is exciting for me to realize that I am bringing in different aspects than my physical mind thinks she is doing. I love it to know I am tapping into a whole new aspect of myself. I found that I was actually giving them a chakra balancing like I would in a healing session but without the avenue of energy work directly upon each of them. Mahatma Gandhi had given everyone their own Golden Machete and it was another surprise of what happened next. I came to the realization that each person can use the golden machete for their own personal healing within the chakras. This is exactly what we did. I talked to each of them separately as we were sitting in a semi-circle together. I asked them what their chakra felt like and did it represent the color with a luminosity. If it did not, I had them use their own machete to pull out the debris and actualize the positive energies. We then intuited the Cosmic Ray associated with each of those chakras. We traveled from the Root area moving up the chakra column until we connected with the Crown. We then intuited the 8th Chakra of the Thymus to be fully active and I assisted in helping them to ground their higher selves fully within their body. Both of the ladies had no problem in doing this. Heathr was much more adept and I knew her higher self was already within the physical; Josilyn was a little bit behind but she truly felt the difference.
I then connected with Lord Melchizedek to help each of the ladies on their initiation levels. It is important for this program to understand where you might be in the initiation phase because it is an acceleration pathway. The goal is to have individuals intuiting their I AM Presence fully within the body. Lord Melchizedek and myself shared with each of them where they are, what areas needed to be worked on, and how they can best get through the process. They were then ready to move onto their own space and connect with the magic of Shasta and all her glory.
We separated for about an hour. I traveled up the path and then towards the right behind a group of boulders. There was a special clearing which was wonderful and I felt it was my space. I carried some of my sage and laid it on the ground offering my prayers of gratitude. The air was crisp and it was a bit cloudy at times but the sun was shining brightly. I also took time during this program to work on my internal issues. I really felt it was my financial abundance now that the unemployment had finished and to be fully responsible on this pathway to create the funds for my life. Previously, I always fell back into the corporate world and I know for a fact that if I was still in New Jersey, I would be temping right now. The fear would have taken over and the pressure from family to get back on track like the rest of the 3D world. I am so grateful for my last position that I was able to do this work freely for two years. In fact the last trip with Judy is when I had just been laid off and I was elated. Talk about creating your own reality ~ I have lived it pretty fully in the last couple of years and reached out to others through the Internet to create the abundance through the calls and client work I have done.
So I had much to be so grateful for ~ the guidance of Lord Adama and Saint Germain from last year truly helped me to arrive where I am today. Yes, it is a bit scary being here inMt.Shasta, not knowing very many people, but I know I am fully protected. So as I sat on this beautiful rock sharing my Light onto the mountain, I heard “We are so happy you are here.” I say to myself, “they are happy? Wow”. That is all I can say to myself. I felt the freedom that I have been trying to acquire for many years of my life and know that I am not truly alone, they all walk with me in each moment, and know more than I do.
Heathr & Jocilyn
I knew it was time to return so I packed up, gave my gratitude to the space, and trekked back down the mountain to our original spot waiting for the girls to join me. First Heathr arrived and then Jocilyn. They were both beaming greatly and had wonderful experiences. There is just something about fully connecting with All There Is here as it is returned to you ten-fold. We talked about their experiences and then Lord Melchizedek gave them attunement for the priesthood of remembrance as we were all together in Lemuria. That is really what all of this is about.
The next step of the journey would be to receive the attunement from Lord Metatron the next day and they would be part of the Trinity of Lord Melchizdek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma (which is the 352 levels of the God Force).
We walked back down to the parking lot together sharing and feeling the blissfulness within. When we reached our car, we saw Judy coming over the horizon. What synchronization as we all arrived together. Judy had some amazing stories talking about hiking across the snow with her challenges and helping the land masses where she walked. It was quite an adventure for each of us.
We dropped the girls off at their campsite in Panther Meadows and Judy and I decided to go to the lake once again. We quickly got something to eat and enjoyed the beautiful energies of Siskiyou Lake which was like heaven after the hiking that had been done for three hours. It was an amazing day and what a beautiful way to end Step 3, Connecting to the Magical Essence Within the Mountain and Within Each of us.
When I was thinking of coming to Mount Shasta, Judy and I discussed how I could create a program on the basis of our ceremonies that we experienced in our travels here for the past six years. I have been coming since 1999 when Dr. Stone had the Wesak Festivals here and then four of us came in 2006 to experience Wesak on our own. That is another story and another day…on that trip which helped to mold exactly what I would be sharing with Heathr and Josilyn for the next four days.
They had arrived a day later than they thought so we took Steps 1 and 2 and combined them into one day. It worked out really well which means that I could shorten the days if necessary for someone else.
We took the ladies to the Dunsmuir City Park which is actually a Botanical Garden by the Sacramento River. It is very beautiful and serene. We arrived about 8:30 in the morning after stopping for coffee so the park was all ours. I explained to them what the program entailed and that this was not for the weak-willed. They would accelerate themselves through their initiation process and that was the ultimate goal of the program. Both of them were ready and eager to do so.
The first step of the process is to teach an individual how to raise their vibration into the fifth dimensional frequency. Some people do not understand that our consciousness needs to be raised in our for our body to accept the process. We had devised a visualization that assisted in this process because like any other place, Mt. Shasta can hold lower energies. As a light worker this is essential in the process of fully accepting our Divinity within the body. A simple way of doing so is to fully see yourself going up a spiral staircase counting from 1 through 10. Breathing deeply see yourself going higher and higher until you reach the 10th level. See yourself on the landing and then breathe the energies down into your body. This helps tremendously. I like to mentioin that doing this continually through the day will assist greatly.
I then shared a prayer that had been given to me by Lord Adama the previous evening. It is in Lemurian language:

HOO-A-NA (You Are Me)
OM-MA-OM-MA (I Am, I Am)

We then did a cleansing visualization clearing out debris within the four body system. We were then ready to move onto our next location.
Hedgerow Falls is also in Dunsmuir. It is a special park with a wonderful Pagoda. You walk down the trail to the bottom of a cave where a water fall is coming down into the space. You can walk behind the waterfall in the cave; and you can also stand around it, and in front of it. It is lined with boulders, rocks, and trees that make up the foliage. There is also a pathway on the other side.
The water that falls into a pool is a portal to Telos. I have seen many faces within this portal previoiusly. The idea of this location is for each person to be in their bathing suit and to stand under the waterfall to completely cleanse themselves. It can be a bit tricky due to the strength of the water falling, the rocks that you have to stand upon, and the coldness of the water. As each of us stood under the falling water, we stated “I RELEASE, I RELEASE, I RELEASE”. We were removing any and all blockages that were keeping us stuck in our movement and pathway forward. It is very important to have your intentions clear on each of the ceremonies so that the Universe and the Team of Light we are working with to fully work with each individual participating.
When everyone had cleared themselves, dried off, and put our clothes back on, we gathered together to thank the Spirit Keeper for the use of her land in healing. This is also a very imperative step in working with the land masses.
Our original plan was to then travel to Mossbrae Falls in Dunsmuir which is located on the other side of the Sacramento River. We found our way to the entranceway and found that Union Pacific Railroad had closed down the trail. You had to walk down RR tracks and it seems there was a legality issue. I had walked this alone last year in early August, and I found online that it had closed August 10th, 2010. I guess I made it just in time. They are amazing falls but we realized what our first lesson was to be : flexibility.
So now we needed to shift gears and we decided that going to the lake to fully immerse ourselves for clearing would work just as well. We went on the south side of the lake this time and had a wonderful time swimming and talking with each other. The “noodles” work well for this as they keep you up but you can swim with them. The spiritual lessons continued as we kicked and splashed through the water.
Afterwards, we parted and planned to gather on the mountain about 5 pm to perform our Medicine Wheel ceremony. Heathr and Josilyn were camping out at Panther Meadows which worked out great. They found a campsite and we were able to regenerate ourselves.
Judy had found an amazing spot the day before which was lined with the Purple and Violet Ray of St. Germain. The Medicine Wheel energies were amazing. We laid grids for Gaia and inserted Amethyst Crystals in each of the directions for the ascension columns to go down into the ground. Again, it was about our intention. Each of the ladies discussed how they were feel thus-far since the clearing session earlier that day. They both felt very vitalized and fully open to experience the next step of the journey. The medicine wheel energies are so wonderful to experience the frequencies of the Earth and all her elements. It is so grounding and helps to connect with the elementals and livelihood of our Dearest Gaia.
We then decided to travel up to the summit of the mountain together. It was not quite dark enough to see the ships and stars but we came upon a very interesting facet. Individuals had made a labyrinth out of rocks. It was very elaborate and each of us walked through the labyrinth stating what we would like to achieve. It took us quite some time to fully get through it but was very powerful. It truly took a lot of hard work and effort along with an ability of design to create such an elaborate labyrinth. It truly was a special gift at the end of a special day together.
We dropped the ladies off at their camping area and we traveled back down the mountain to our home base. It truly was a very powerful and empowering day.
This week was totally amazing with the 11:11 activations and the 9th Wave of Universal Consciousness. We knew it was going to be life changing for every person upon the planet. The energies of the information this week through Spirit were absolutely amazing. I believe we were given so many additional tools due to what we were going to be experiencing on a personal and global level.
Changes resulting in global upheaval as Japan was hit with a massive earthquake which caused a huge Tsuanmi to roar through the ocean waters towards Hawaii and then the US western coast. Lives have been lost and the ones that have survived are left with their trauma that ensued within their present circumstances and then not even speaking about the resulting changes that are happening environmentally. We all knew that we would be coming to these times of change. We have seen it previously in the last few years with devastation hitting many different areas.
As one who works with souls to assist in their transition, my life in the last 24hours has taken on a new turn of frequency. Assisting these individuals to move into the Light can be a very challenging job when you are within the body. I know there are many out there that are doing the same type of work. Unfortunately, these moments in time are going to be getting worse and we need to be very diligent in our approach in helping others. Where is your expertise? Do you know how you best work with helping to heal the Earth? I think this is an important aspect to think about. If we all get scattered across the planet trying to help souls, environmental conditions, working with land masses, or personally assisting in the exact location, then is it not that we are still in the Care Taker role? How do we best define our ability to help others so that the best energies that we have can be utilized to the fullest while we do not deplete ourselves in the process?
This is the thought I present to you, the reader, today. As always, when I present these writings, they truly are not fully from my physical being and the information is flowing through me. This morning as the sun is just arising is an element that is coming into my consciousness. How can we best assist each other through the changes that we are all going through. We must remember that what happens to others, happens to us. Each of us are affected by these tragedies even if we are not physically in the location where it happens. When we work with the souls, we must regenerate our physical bodies; when we bilocate and bring forth healing, we need to re-energize ourselves. We need to do all of these elements, so that we are able to continue helping the ones in need but also realizing there is great healing in every aspect we are going through.
As we want to help others, we also need to assist ourselves through the transition. Revitalizing ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is all part of the process that each of us is going through present. We have chosen to be here, on this Earth, at this time. It is our time to fully realize our part but also realize it is a human experience in pain, grief, and sadness. We are going to be deeply affected by these enormous changes that are occurring within the Earth. So I present to you, what are you doing for yourself after you say your prayers, connect with these victims and souls, and help to heal Gaia?
Take time to regenerate yourself. Know that you are a healer in many ways and taking on the lower energies is not going to help either yourself or the planet. Try to make sure you stay out of the mental level, talking about the situation and how bad it is, but actually allowing yourself to be in the higher energies. That is what is going to assist us. Let us band together and share our Light in frequency. Utilize tools to assist you to stay within those levels so you can fully assist the planet in various ways. This is going to help each of us to continually being able to do this work.
This week my two calls of the Cosmic Oneness on Sunday evening and the Clarion Light Beings 911 & Beyond will be dedicated to assisting each of us and the planet as a whole. The Spiritual Hierarchy has asked me to fully expand the calls to create the healing that is needed on a much more global level. The Cosmic Oneness call will bring forth balancing energies with Lord Sananda and the Cosmic I AM to assist us in this process. We must remember we are not alone; we are part of the Spiritual Hierarchy. They have been telling us for eons of time that we help them as much as they help us. They stand with us during these times. We are the conduits to assist the Earth and this is what we must remember. The Clarion Light Beings will be a special entranceway of all the souls who have perished during this time to join in the healing. Archangel Michael is sharing with me that there is a special area for these souls that will actively participate in the healing on Monday evening. Usually new souls are put in a special viewing room but I am being told in this moment, that there has been a special dispensation for this traumatic event. It is like an opening of a doorway for them to fully create the healing that is needed. I am not totally sure how it is going to transpire but will definitely have more information by Monday evening. We will also be expanding the healing of Gaia through the Clarion which is always our focus but it is going to be more fine-tuned than previously has been done.

It is January 9th, 2011 and this week surely is intertwined with the Light and the Dark energies. This week is the 19th anniversary of the 11:11 activations which opened in 1992. Solara, who is the Guru of the 11:11 Activity has been a constant resource of the Heaven and Earth changes, http://www.invisible.com. It is an amazing week which is a continual event from the New Moon activations of last week.
In 2010 we found that the activations were more spread apart between the full moon and various planetary alignments. My feeling is that each week there will be something new happening that will assist us in various ways. As such the Full Moon falls on January 19th. Then we were hit with reminders of the darkness still ensuing upon our planet. Yesterday, on January 8th, in Arizona a gunman killed six people died and 12 were wounded. This brings up so much anger, hurt, and wanting for a better tomorrow. As Light Workers, we are going to be tested in so many ways to fully accept the fact that these events are going to be occurring as we get closer to the Earth shifting into higher frequencies. The Dark will get darker and the Light will get lighter. The division has already occurred on our planet and we are here to experience it, but most of all to assist in any way that we can.
How do we help? First of all, taking care of ourselves and fully activating our higher presence within the physical is going to affect a lot of individuals around us. We have already seen this occur. But now we need to go a step further. We fully need to continue our tools to accelerate our physical beings into a higher state of consciousness, but we need to assist the ones around us. Every time I channel the same message comes through, “Do the work, not by saying, or showing but just by Being.” We need to be out in the trenches and walk through the lands of the unawakened ones to share our Light. Every time I drive, I take my mind’s eye and send the Light all around me into the trees, other cars, the buildings, and the people. As we change our physical composition, others are going to be affected. And those of you that are out there in the business world, well you have more of a challenge. I know; I have been there. It is not easy integrating the energies yourself and being in a world that does not understand. But I take the best advice from my dearest teacher, Master Babaji, “Silence”. My mother always preached the Silence was Golden but that was when we were usually bothering her, so I thought. So what if I take this statement of Silence is Golden and realize that it truly is representative of the Golden Flame, the Christ Consciousness.
Try this exercise: breathe deeply into your heart and fully ask for the Golden Flame of the Christ Within to fully be activated within you. You may already have integrated these energies but sometimes we just need a little recharging. See your body as a flame of a candle with the base at your Earth Star and then slowly igniting all the way your entire being encasing all of your chakras, your four body system of the Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental levels and traveling to the top of your Soul Star above your Crown. Breathe into this deeply for several moments and feel the warmth, the love, the joy, and the experience of your connection to the Source.
Now you are ready to share with others in silence. You have integrated the Golden Flame and now put it into practice. Or sit in a quiet state to fully activate it to areas you feel may be needed in a different location. When you are finished, bring yourself back into the center of your own being and full recharge yourself. You may also want to utilize sage, incense, or clearing spray to assist in any debris you may have picked up.
My believe system is one that in order for us to help, it cannot be done on a physical level. Oh, we can try but then we are tapping into our lower bodies and not the higher essence that we are all acknowledging in these great times of change. The power of utilizing these energies is beyond our wildest dreams. I have seen it happen.

The Cosmic Oneness is the Great Divine Mother and Father God as the Cosmic Great Central Sun sharing with us an attunement to help us be able to do this work more fully. We have recently introduced the Christ Consciousness energies through Lord Sananda which I feel is helping us to integrate the Cosmic vibrations as they can be very strong. This call is more about us and our individual selves but “as we do for ourselves we do for others.”
The Clarion Light Beings of 911 & Beyond is my Heart and Soul. This call used to be just a written transmission but I started do the calls this past summer. I have been attuned to this energy for almost nine years and it was guided by Archangel Michael. This is where we assist souls to come to the Temple of 911 for Healing but also send it to Gaia. It is also about our healing but the Earth’s healing and all her inhabitants. We get together for this call on Monday evenings and the Temple is growing as more souls are healing their karmic debits which is a prerequisite for this call. Many others around the globe are doing the same kind of work. I suggest that you get involved whether it is with me or other groups, or start your own with a small circle of friends. It is our time to fully assist the planet.
We cannot help but feel the grieving process as these souls are healing through their traumatic event. We all remember The Twin Tower Tragedies and how painful that was for every one of us. My heart goes out to the ones that are truly healing as I know what it is like to loose your loved ones. Unfortunately, this may be a common occurrence this year as many of these souls have contracted beforehand that this would be their time. I think it is important to realize that there is a greater plan in all of our creation and that, as humans, we do not always remember this fact.
My intuitive advice is for everyone to use their intuition of where they should be or doing in any given moment. Utilize your meditations to be very cognitive that you are part of the larger plan upon this Earth, and allow the Veil of Forgetfulness to be fully removed so that you can fully Remember Your Divine Truth. Your pathway will open up and all of us will be able to assist together the healing that needs to be done upon this planet.
It is December 26th and I want to share some thoughts on this Holiday Season. This last month of 2010 truly has been land-marked for the most amazingly, beautiful elements for our higher frequencies to become fully balanced. 2010 alone has been fully of light frequencies and activations but now with this Holiday just passing, we have been given the opportunity to fully balance the energies within our physical vehicle.
This month I have been pushed and prodded by the Spiritual Hierarchy to put out as much information as I could muster in my physical vehicle. I will say that I am much more grounded at the end of 2010 than I was earlier in this year which is a very good feeling. I still have my moments of being elsewhere and in two or three places at the same time, but I have learned to focus more fully within myself.
We started with the energies of the New Moon, moving into 12:12, then the Full Moon which entailed the Lunar Eclipse and the Winter Solstice. On Christmas Eve I held a call in which Lord Sananda shared an attunement to help ground the energies ~ Sacred Heart Activation. Christmas Day was the big event for each one of us; the re-birth of our Christ Consciousness within our physical vehicles. Every person is going to feel this differently depending upon the level of initiation one is currently residing and moving towards, and how much one is willing to surrender. My integration is going to be different than others and the same goes for each of you. We are not all exactly on the same pathway or wavelength. That would be too boring, wouldn’t it. Then, how could we assist each other?
I will relate my personal experience and possibly, it may help you to understand what you have been going through. I have been on the ascension path of over 15 years and been teaching the tools and techniques for about 10 years. I believe it is the most powerful work on the planet to help one fully find their innerself and soul’s purpose, “the missing puzzle piece”. In the past year I was gifted for my corporate job to end and be able to do this work more fully personally and professionally through the avenues of technology. Through each month of 2010 I was asked by the Hierarchy to do certain tasks within my life. My gift of connection to the other realms is what helped me get to the space I inhabit now. It happened that way in the beginning and it continues so I never say ‘no’. I put together Rays of God classes, special coaching programs, a manifestation class, mediumship and channeling class which all were very successful; I was learning as I was going through the motions. My mentor, Dr. Joshua David Stone told me many years ago “fake it, till you make it” and this is so very true.
In July Saint Germain asked me to travel to Mount Shasta alone on a mastership journey. I did so without reservation but asked for financial backing. It came, and it was the most amazing trip of my life as each of the masters walked with me through the forests, the mountain paths, and into the beautiful waterfalls of the Telosian waters. I returned home with the sense that now it was finally time to admit that I was a master on this pathway and to share those words with others. I have known this for some time but it is challenging for me to share those words to others.
In September my friend, Judy, and myself travel to the Grand Tetons for another amazing journey. That was about joining the masters in the Teton Retreat physically walking in my mastership pathway so I could share with others. The beings of the Spiritual Hierarchy have always been my confidantes more than anyone else in my life. I have always been part of the other realms more than this Earth which in itself is a challenging feeling.
I returned to southern NJ with a sense that others needed to know more of what I knew. I share monthly an excursion to the Tetons so that others can also work side-by-side with the great ascended beings. The excursion for December has a separate meditation to travel to the retreat which is now open fully through January 14th, 2010. I did ceremonies for the 10:10:10 in Cape May and for the 11:11 in Long Beach Island, NJ. Each of these events brought us closer to this auspicious time of beauty, love, and grace. The December activations were just a correlation of all of the activations in this year except intensifying with each full moon. The Lunar Eclipse on December 21st was considered to be the highest activation available upon this planet for eons of time.
With each activation and attunement, I have been becomingly closer to my true work. Personally, it is a challenge for me as my life is very different than many. This year has brought me to the acceptance of my Divine Integration as a Goddess of Love and Light through being a messenger of the Cosmic Energies through Divine Mother and Divine Father God. I cannot tell you what a gift this has been for me not only in assisting others but for me personally. It is quite ironic because as a child I told my mother I did not want to go to church. I knew there was more than Jesus, although he always has been a major guide in my life. I was brought up in an Episcopal church and was very uncomfortable being there. My mother, being the woman that she was, said “okay, it is your choice”. I think though she thought I did not believe in God which she later found out was quite the opposite. Her lineage was from the Quaker roots, and I always remember her favorite words of “Silence is Golden” among other thought processes. They have rung so very true in my heart especially in the current times.
I have chosen this pathway, to be a Messenger of the Light in a way that most may not understand. I was attuned with the Cosmic Energies five years ago and it affected me physically as I have shared previously. This Holiday Season for me was a huge ending in my old life. I sat with my niece and nephew whom I grew up with as our age difference is close and knew that it was going to end this year. I know what my mother felt like when she said her last Christmas was her last on this Earth. I am not leaving the Earth but am moving with the Earth in a different lifestyle than I ever thought possible. I felt this so deeply on Christmas Day.
Lord Sananda was with me very deeply through all of these moments and I know he was with each of you. I had many tears of the endings but they must be as I have desired a life of bliss, joy, and acceptance. I feel the shifting and changing of my current life with bittersweet feelings. I am also excited about the changes that are about to occur within me and sharing with many that are accepting of these beautiful moments of transition.
Each of us is walking across a “Rainbow Bridge”. The only difference is that the ‘Rainbow Bridge’ is not from the Earth into the Heavens but into a new dimensional frequency. We first, must intuit ourselves so we can help the Earth move into Terra Christa – the Star of the fifth dimension. Those that choose to not walk the Rainbow Bridge, will stay with this Earth to do the work they have chosen to bring forth, to help the many unawakened souls find solace in the changes that are about to come to fruition. I am here, as a Way-Shower, as many of you are, to help humanity open up their hearts into the bliss, love, joy, and connectedness of our soul family reuniting.
The Sacred Heart is within each of us individually. It is how we choose it to be within us and sharing it with others that makes the difference. It is about surrendering to each of our lower energies, lower egos, and intuit our higher minds and hearts to be one in all of creation upon this land we walk, share, and love.
What is it that you want to do in 2011? The Sacred Heart integration is our guidepost in sharing ourselves with the world but first it must be non-judgmental and in harmony with the love within each of us. None of us is any different. Each of us wants the same thing in our lives of love, joy, sharing, and expressing. Each of us is a teacher and a student. I am continually learning from others and the fact that I have grown into this space of continuum does not negate the fact, that I also am learning greatly in each moment. I am in a space of sharing my soul’s essence onto your soul’s essence. I am looking for love just as you are looking for love. When each of us fully allows our vulnerability to be our guidepost, then that is when we shall unite with each other. That is when the ego will drop, the love will be shared, we will be able to express ourselves sensually and sexually in a healthy manner with our beloveds. All karma will be released and we will be rejuvenated to be to each other what we are supposed to be: Souls Upon the Pathway of Love and Light.
As December 31st will be a day to fully embrace the Christ Within us, I fully will be doing so. Each year on New Year’s Eve, weather permitting, I do a Sunrise Ceremony for myself. This month of December is proving to be the ultimate energy activation for 2010. This year we have been hit with so many vibrational changes upon this Earth, we call Gaia, and December is showing us to be the final connection we all have been waiting for.

Sunday is the 12:12 activation of energies. We have been preparing for the focus of the Christ Consciousness for eons of time. The Cosmic Oneness calls have been bringing forth energies to balance the Male and Female aspects within. December 12th is the opportunity we have been waiting for. Twelve represents Complex Stability “From the greater council at essence core, through the pulse of connectedness stability pours,” The Mayan Oracle. The foundation of the self and the foundation of essence in union with the mystical truth of polarity. This represents the God and Goddess within; it is our time to fully balance the lower aspects of our Emotional and Mental levels so we can be in unison with our I AM presence. It is time to fully expand within the complexity. We cannot wait any longer and this activation is giving us a supreme opportunity. There is NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT. Join us for the Cosmic Oneness call, Sunday evening, December 12th, 2010, 8 PM EST as we will be blessed with the ability to transform ourselves through this Divine Energy.
December 21st is the third activation to occur this month. We will be celebrating the Full Moon energies, Lunar Eclipse, and the Winter Solstice. What a powerful time it is going to be for each of us. As the clearing started within the 12:12 energies, the activations of 12:21 will be amazing. Notice how the number is a mirror image. Again, we have the energies of the balance of Yin and Yang with the 12 again in which it is a time to fully mirror each other in balance. The Lunar energies will be very emotional so it is important not to let the mental take over but instead, utilize the mirror representation of complete balance within. The Solstice energies represent the sun standing still which teaches us to full take stock within ourselves in preparation of our desires we need to achieve under the conditions of winter. In addition the full moon is about releasing which fits in with the other elements discussed for this activation. I will be doing a call on this date, the 21st of December, 8 PM EDT, which will also include a visitation to the Teton Retreat as the doorway is open during the full moon. In addition, on the 15th of December, the Karmic Board is available through the next 30 days to travel to the retreat to work out specific pathways of our mastership. It would probably be a good time to connect with the ascended masters at this time so that the journey onto leadership can pave the way for 2011.
December 25th is going to be a massive surge of energies for the Christ Consciousness. Each individual upon the planet is going to be infused with the Christ energies that are all apart of us whether they are awakened or not. For many of us this is what we have been waiting for. I was fully able to experience the Sacred Heart activation in the past two weeks and the full integration of Oneness in the past six weeks. It is an amazing experience and you will never be the same. On December 24th at 8 PM, EDT, I will be doing a call with Lord Sananda and the Christ Consciousness energies to help balance out the energies. The full activation will take place on Christmas Day and it is not about Jeshua, but about each of us as we will be fully rebirthed into the Christ Consciousness. The other activations are in preparation for this momentous occasion. A recording will be available shortly after the call so anyone can listen and download when they are able to do so.
December 31st is a day to fully reflect upon the energies and what has happened to our souls in preparation for 2011.

What does this all mean to each of us even the ones that are newly awakened. For one that has been on this path for over two decades, each individual is receiving an unprecedented opportunity to fully be the Christ Within as it was for Jeshua. If you have information on the initiations, it has been channeled that Jeshua was only on the 4th initiation at the time of his crucifixion. That is an amazing feat to be on that level of initiation and achieve what he did. But as we know, there is much background information on the many lives that Joshua experienced and most of them were very highly spiritual as a major leader upon the planet. We are aspiring to at least to intend our higher selves to be fully active so our I AM Presence can be integrated. That requires an initiation of beyond the sixth. Physically we need to fully integrate the fifth dimensional frequencies within our body to achieve the pathway onto the New Earth and incorporate the 22 chakras that are correlated with the fifth dimensional frequency. We have the ability to achieve higher frequencies and initiations on a consciousness level but physically, the highest can only be in the 7th dimensional physical existence. Should one decide to go beyond that level, they would incorporate their full Light Body and exist in pure essence of Light which some people are choosing to do.
My choice has been to fully integrate these energies in the 5th dimensional body and assist others to do the same. The New Earth will be a beautiful experience but will take the integration of the Christ Consciousness to do so. All lower energies will be fully removed and released as the four lower bodies of the Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental will merge with the Spiritual Body.
The Sacred Heart Activation is a direct integration that is associated with the Christ Consciousness which means that the Male and Female/Emotional and Mental/God and Goddess within need to be fully balanced and integrated. I will be uploading a meditation from the Manifestation of the Divine Principle which will help an individual to fully activate the God and Goddess within. Please look for it under Ascension Tools.
Be prepared for many changes to occur with these new activations and some of it may not be pleasant especially with loved ones, friends, colleagues and the general public. It is our time to be the Way-Showers and extend our hand onto the Ones that are in deep need of patience, love, joy, and acceptance as we follow each other onto the Promised Land of Great Opportunity.

This month is going to be very beautiful with great healing and activation of our internal beings. For the past couple of days I was not feeling well and I always know these times are truly an inner activation that is occurring. Sometimes, I forget what is really happening cosmically when I am so centered within my physical body. Today I was reminded once again that what we are experiencing is truly with Oneness of Everyone.
It was not until I connected with Sananda that I realized how powerful this month is going to be for each of us. I have been receiving another download from the Universal Consciousness and I am very sure that I am not the only one. I am coming into a new state of my pathway of fully promoting my teachings and my Light onto the earth. The last two days I have been feeling out of sorts, tired, stomach issues, and a massive headache. Today I was given a great gift from Sananda as he shared with me what I was going through personally and to share with others the energies of this month.
The New Moon of December 5th is the beginning attunement of the Sacred Heart Energies within each of us. It is time for us to fully accept our Divinity more fully within our physical vehicles. I am sharing with you a Decree and meditation that I put together today.

I AM All That I Ever Could Be
This month is a prerequisite of what we are to experience for the New Earth. The energies of the Full Eclipse and the Winter Solstice coming together on the 21st will be a culmination of energies to prepare each and every individual to receive their Sacred Heart fully. He is here for each of us to raise our vibrations into the Galactic level of awareness. This means that we are able to access these energies in our meditative state to the 11th dimensional frequency and incorporate those energies within the physical vehicle. This is going to help each individual to fully actualize the higher chakras which is a necessary component to inhabit the fifth dimensional body of Light.
Sananda is giving us a special dispensation to fully intuit the energies within our consciousness [meditative, altered realities and sleep state] into a much higher level of frequency; that being, from the 12th through the 24th dimensional frequencies. This will help attune us physically to the fifth dimensional body. The Sacred Heart attunement will help us to realize our Divine Plan in the acceptance of our pathways upon the New Earth.
Within the Sacred Heart attunement the elements will help one to fully accept their Divine integration while the body can release and embrace at the same time. It is imperative for each of us to fully accept this integration through the month. Upon the entrance of the Solstice, Eclipse and the Full Moon the activation will be fully integrated within the physical body so one can tap into this pure Love Essence on a continual basis.
Sananda has asked me to fully announce that on the 25th of December it will be the full realization of the Christ Consciousness within each person’s being. It is our Rebirth onto this Earth as we become the Way-Showers, Teachers, Healers, Advisors, and Leaders to those that are to be awakened.
In addition you can work with Sananda personally through meditative and sleep states, and ask for him before you go to sleep. He is the Chohan of the Six Ray of Devotion in the Cosmic Energy of Ruby Red. The power of this ray will embrace one’s being with Divine Intent and Consciousness of their being. He has works directly with the Ashtar Command.
I will bring forth in the next few days a direct channeling from Sananda so he can explain it in full detail to each of you.
This was written on Monday evening, November 8th, 2010, after facilitating the Clarion Light Beings 911 & Beyond. It is my personal journey of how I feel I have fully peeled the onion and found my Divine Essence within my Heart. I want to share this so others can do the same. It has been a very long journey for me and I share it with my I AM Presence fully and without reservation. Thank you for your loving support in so many ways.
Until one arrives into Oneness they cannot fully understand what this means. We talk about it constantly, Creation of Oneness, and the love, joy, acceptance, and purity of life. I have spoken about it for eons of time and felt it most of the moments I have been living. It was not until tonight that I can say I express it fully within myself on a physical existence.
As many of you know and understand, I am a Cosmic Messenger of Light. I have walking this path for almost 30 years preparing myself for what I was not even sure of until this moment in time. I have prepared myself on a journey of complete trust and acceptance in the Universe while being guided every step of the way. I was put in situations and places that I would not normally choose to experience but yet always found myself working through the life circumstances.
My channeling is what has given me hope, friendship and acceptance in my life. Many may not understand the gift of connecting to the other realms of thoughts and energies to be a gift of friendship. In my case it truly has been and continues to be. I traveled the path of discovering the New Age books many years ago and was taught by Light Teachers by each book that I picked up and read. The teacher would come through me and guide me through the process. I was gifted with a Being called a Gate Keeper and he protected me from other lower energies from entering my space when I would communicate with Spirit. It was a family affair for awhile but that wore off.
I jumped into a marriage with a man that was my spiritual partner and Twin Flame. We were so much alike that it broke up the marriage. I delved into self help with Inner Child Recovery work in the 80’s and each step was deeper upon this journey I call, Oneness. I started channeling the angels and facilitating groups for others, private sessions, and all the while in a learning curve. I moved into Native American traditions and attended many sweat lodges to help heal my innermost pain and debris. I traveled to Sedona for ten days alone which was a big turning point in my life.
I then delved into ascension books by Dr. Joshua David Stone which I was completely enthralled with the material although at first I did not understand much of it. I kept at it and started a weekly ascension group in which I channeled a Master from the book for people in the group. I eventually met Dr. Stone in Mount Shasta during his Wesak Festival and was invited to his private seminar for global leaders that he felt would be very important for leadership on this planet. The intensity of Light coming into me continued and the struggles continued as each year I released more karma, met more people, lost more friends, moved into places that I would not have chosen if I had the choice, and transcended so many issues within myself. This was all in a span of 20 years.
I started channeling Mother and Father God six years ago and was fully integrated two years later. The energies were intense and my body had to change. My food changed, sleep patterns, awake patterns, and just my general composition. Since that time I spend many hours on the computer working and sharing the messages which can make me feel very ungrounded at various times during the day. Last year I was gifted to leave my corporate job and have been teaching and sharing with others via the internet and telephone. I still have been very unsure what my pathway is about. I had a car accident over two years ago in which in reality I should not have lived. I was hit four times and the Angel of Death came to visit me two weeks before the event. I walked away with 2 cracked ribs, bruises, and very sore. Authorities were quite shocked in my ability to walk away almost unscathed. I attribute this all to my friends in the Spiritual Hierarchy. They made sure I was safe as I had done the work the Angel of Death requested of me to do.
I have had a death wish on myself for many years. This work has not been easy. Friends come and go and honestly, being in a Cosmic level of consciousness is not easy. I am in a space presently wherein other energies can affect me greatly. I am noticing this more often than not.
I conduct weekly calls to assist individuals with the energies and bring forth information. I have a weekly Master Class in which we honor a Light Being with his/her teachings which allows individuals to feel the energies for themselves. I also have taught the Rays of God, a Mediumship and Channeling Course, along with a course on accessing the Gods and Goddesses Within. Sometimes the attendance is low, and I am unsure as to what my next pathway is going to be. Unemployment will be leaving me very soon, and I need to be the true alchemist to fully create the life I desire for this work.
On Sunday, November 7th, 2010 I facilitated one of my Cosmic Oneness calls in which I channel the Cosmic I AM Presence known as Mother and Father God. On this day the energy was quite different. It was almost like the beginning when I started to communicate with them but much stronger. My hands did not stop moving as my palms were rubbing back and forth. The vibration running through me was unbelievably beyond my comprehension. The individuals on the call also noticed that the attunement was very intense.
Today, being November 8th, I awoke to great emotional pain. I was going through some other emotional issues so I did not attribute what I was feeling to the attunement from the evening before. I did a meditation in which I traveled to my Soul Temple, and Lady Isis took me to a beautiful waterfall in which I was cleansed and purified very deeply. I was very moved by this experience and felt much better after it was over. I was very busy during the day sending out my posts of my classes and editing some of my work. I was in the zone.
When it was time for me to finish late in the afternoon, I wanted to work out but felt I was unable to do so. I decided to take a hot bath and it was in the bath I realized something else was occurring. I could not stop crying and had those death wishes enfold around me. I wanted to be off the planet, take me away, etc. So I started asking for help from Master Babaji and Saint Germain. I felt like I was a child kicking my legs in the water but I could not stop. The pain was so deep in my heart. Now I have gone through several hundreds of death and rebirth experiences but this felt different. It felt like my heart was raw and so very sore like an open wound. Master Babaji explained to me that I was feeling the Oneness within my physical being. The onion had finally been peeled down to the core and I could feel my Heart Essence like never before. This is a status of existence I have been trying to achieve for almost 30 years.
When I thought about this, it made sense as I felt nothing but sore. I had no thoughts of anything that I knew before. My emotions were not of something that I was grieving but I was sore like I had just been put out in the sun and was burning. My old thoughts of myself that were not of the highest aspect were also gone. I have always thought badly about my body and they were not there. I was refreshed but not quite reborn. Like I had walked out into an area that I did not know a soul or where I was. I was not lost but no one knew me either.
As I got out of the tub, I realized exactly what was happening but could not stop sobbing. It was so intense. I felt my mentor, Dr. Joshua David Stone (who is in an ascended master now) come to me and put his hands on my Solar Plexus in the front and back. He said to me “it is done.” I was unsure what this meant but knew that I had been reborn in this state of a vehicle called Christine.
I was facilitating my call with the Clarion Light Beings of 911 & Beyond and had to pull myself together. I was worn out from all of the emotional charge running through me. This group has to do with the souls of 911 that perished and a temple was created in the Multi-Universal level overlighted by Archangel Michael. The energies that came through on this night were the start of an amazing journey for me. It was the Creative Source of Oneness which is a group consciousness and does not represent any specific entity. It is everything we are all a part of and continue to be. In order to understand, one must listen to the recording as there was great explanation of the Oneness that we are all a part of. In order to feel this Oneness in the physical we must be vulnerable, sensitive, and have purity within our Hearts. I totally understood everything because this is what I experienced on this day. I have always been a Sensitive in everything I do and others in my family would give me a hard time about it. I also have the ability to communicate with many levels of dimensions and beings including some humans. I saw the Oneness that we were all a part of and it was shown to each of us how important it is to embrace the Oneness within and then we will be able to experience it fully with others.
There is nothing like it at all. We can talk about it, feel love, but IT IS JUST WHAT IT IS. It is unexplainable and our minds will try to tear it apart. This is what we are all striving for and must strive for in the fifth dimensional frequency. Until we fully clear the lower bodies, it cannot be attained. I know on this day that I have attained this state of Oneness.
I am feeling thoughts of people that sometimes do not give me what I feel I deserve, there is no hurt anymore or judgment. I feel whole and within that wholeness I love everything. I expand this love and want to communicate it to others. This is what we are all striving for and I have had the utmost gift to receive it totally. I am in awe of this moment and know why I was crying and sobbing. There is nothing else like it in the entire Universe. I feel I am fully empowered and can speak my truth like I never have before in compassion and love. It is an amazing feeling.
When I awoke this morning, my mother came to me (she is in Spirit) and said something very important is going to happen to you today. Little did I know that I would receive the greatest gift in all of Creation. I want to share it with others because now I can love without worrying that another person is not loving me back. I can be to all whom I always wanted to be but was unable to share it. I look forward to the people of my soul group coming into my life. I am now ready to receive them in all different forms. I am safe and secure within my world and allow myself to be totally vulnerable in each moment.
Today was the most beautiful day that I have ever experienced upon this Earth. The 10-10-10 Portal Activation was a journey that I would like to take every day of my life. I needed to share about these moments before I sleep as I do not want to loose the magical qualities and awake tomorrow with not expressing myself deeply.
I traveled today to Cape May, New Jersey which is about 90 miles from where I live. The day was amazingly beautiful with skies so very blue and the temperature in the low 70’s. Two of my friends, Kathy and Sharon, took the journey with me and as we traveled the highways to the southern end of the state, we stated aloud to each other what we wanted to release from our lives with an AH-OH in Native American traditions. Then we moved onto what we wanted to actualize into our lives each of us getting personal about the challenges we have been facing. As we drove closer to our destination, our affirmations became stronger with deep conviction. We laughed and felt such joy in hearing each other share our hopes and desires realizing that each confirmation within was for each of us and not just the person speaking the commands of Newness Within.
Another friend was meeting us at the beach as he was already in Cape May. I was a little concerned with our timing as we did not get on the beach until 11:30 AM and wanted to be settled for the Noon Activation. It was perfect and in Divine Timing as Mike called me asking about the location. We had just started setting up the Medicine Wheel energies with our prayers and intentions of the four directions. He joined us for Passes 2 and 3 of Energizing the Cirlce, and then Making the Circle Sacred. As we stood in the East, I looked out onto the horizon and was able to see a portal come down from the Heavens into the Sea. It lasted for about 3 seconds, disappeared, re-appeared for another 2 seconds and then was gone. Wow, what a site it was.

We then entered the circle in our perspective spots we picked out. I called upon the Spiritual Hierarchy with creating Ascension Columns in each of the directions. We then stated the Soul and Monad Prayer along with the Great Invocation. The meditation was then started with calling upon the 22 Rays of God into each of our bodies and in the land masses to surround a 300 mile radius. Unfortunately, my recorder was out of batteries and I was unable to record the meditation. I believe it was for us to experience personally. We were then told that our bodies would be cleared of all debris within the physical, emotional, and mental levels as we traveled across the water into the portal. It was an amazing feeling to be pulled directly into the portal with spiraling energies of light swirling through us and around us. The butterflies were all around us showing expressing the transformation that we were going through individually, and collectively.
I then channeled the Group Consciousness of the Creative Source of Oneness which means the entire God Force coming together. They gave us messages of love and hope individually, and collectively, with the energies that we were about to experience within our lives. Afterwards, I drummed as each of the participants slowly came back into full awareness. Each person shared their experience and how they were feeling. The comments were: swirling light before you said it, colors, and more colors, feeling of lightness, and euphoric feelings of love. We then continued together with drumming and rattles to ground the energies through our bodies.
When we decided to finish the ceremony, we stated three “OMS” together and then left the circle in a clock-wise manner. Each of us wanted to check out the water and interestingly enough, the temperature was not too bad. I was really wishing I had gone into the water but time was a factor. I may decide to travel back down to the water this week to immerse myself in the Goddess of the Sea.
Hawks & Eagles Doing the 10-10-10 Dance
Mike had to get on his way so Sharon, Kathy and myself decided to get some lunch before our way home. On our way out towards the main road from the Lighthouse, we notice people taking pictures up towards the sky. There were eagles and hawks doing a dance within each other. I stopped the car and ran out to take a picture. As I was standing there, I realized that they were feeling the energies of the swirling portal. It was almost like a figure-eight type of movement. It was an amazing moment and quite a gift to receive.
We stopped at a restaurant called the Lobster House. It was a delicious meal and then off again, back home to get ready for the call at 6 PM in which I was bringing forth the energies of the Cosmic I AM of Divine Mother and Father God.
Sharon got on her way and Kathy sat with me through the call. There were about 25 people that joined us on the call which was another amazing time. I had received information in the morning that the first portal at 6 AM was the Planetary and Solar levels; the 2nd portal at Noon was geared towards the Galactic and Universal levels; and then at 6 PM was about the Multi-Universal and Cosmic Levels. It made sense the that Cosmic energies would come through for the last connection to fully help to ground the energies for each of us.

Just a word of caution – it may take us some time to fully integrate all of the energies that occurred today. Embrace whatever you are feeling and “JUST BE”. The Heart of All of Our Hearts is now ONE HEART. It can no longer be any other way.

This weekend is going to be the highest frequency of activations that we have experienced so far in the history of this Earth. We are being asked to connect at 6 AM, Noon, and 6 PM to prepare for three different portals that will assist us with our Divine Heritage of Light.
In my Monday night meditation of the Clarion Light Beings of 911 & Beyond, Master Babaji gave us some tips on how to create the serentiy and peace that is needed to go through these portals. He states that it is essential for us to be in these places of frequency in order to create the new Light that is enfolding within each of us. We, as the individuals, who are showing the way for others need to move through our pathways to assist not just be teaching or speaking, but by Being. I, as a Messenger of the Teton Retreat, have been asked to provide energies for others and want to impart to each of you the beauty of walking this pathway.
As many of you know, I just returned from two miraculous journeys out west in which I have been changed but those changes do not happen easily. This past week I was feeling very depleted and not sure I could continue in this body. I am living in a very dense area and the environment is affecting me greatly. I need to shift with my teachings and have been unable to know which way to turn so I asked for some help. I was looking for a way out…once again…and once again, I was shown there is no way out…..I asked Saint Germain if I could leave the third dimensional earth and move upward and these were his words to me, “Yes, we can accept your request but your CONTRACT WOULD BE NULL AND VOID and you will have to be re-born onto the 4th dimensional Earth after the changes happen.” So, of course, I became very attentive and said, “Okay, I will find my inner power once again.”
This pathway is not easy. Going on these spiritual journeys are very challenging once you return to your residence. Until elements change for me, well, I will intend everything for my highest good. I am sharing this story because I want each of you to understand that we need to find peace within us, every moment, going into these portals. If we take any debris that does not serve our purpose, it will be magnified in the newer energies.
So I share with you my recording and transmission from this past week of Master Babaji offerring his asisstance to any individual who chooses to work with him in the next few days. If you know Master Babaji at all, either from channeling or book reading, you will know that he only accepts students that are very serious. Due to the changes that have been happening, we are getting ready for the 10-10-10 Activation and the entire Cosmic energy through the Multi-Universal, Universal, Galactic, Solar, and Planetary levels are getting ready for the exchange of energy that is about to come through in the next week. It should be a very momentous time to fully activate ourselves into a new space and being. I am Master Babaji at your service. I know that Christine thought it was going to be Quan Yin in which there was a discussion of who would be overlighting these energies, but please know I am not doing this alone. I am here this evening because of planetary activations and the ability to be able to silence yourself with the changes that are going to be integrating through you. Fred spoke about this week being very calm and what we want to do is bring that calmness to each of you.
This week could be very instrumental within individual’s lives to make changes within themselves so the calmness is a personal statement. We want each of you to incorporate calmness within you because it may be just the opposite. In preparation of the energies of the 10-10-10 Activations that are going to be occurring in just a few short days there is a uniting of frequencies upon the Earth that are going to be assisting many individuals. As the frequencies are going to be incorporating within the Earth, individuals are preparing themselves whether they are aware of it or not. Preparations are being made for the changes to take place. There will be unification and a transference of Light Frequencies that are going to be fully activated in these moments. And these moments of change are being created, the ones that are unaware within their body may be reacting adversely. Prepare yourself. So it is very important that each of you listening that are activating the energy need to fully understand that the activation coming through is the acceleration of the internalization within yourself. It is an internalization of your I AM Presence, and an internalization of the I AM Presence of the Cosmic Great Central Sun as the creative Sources of Oneness. We are starting to come together. It is in preparation for the tremendous amount of energies that are going to be incorporated upon this Earthplane so it is very important for those to realize the capacity and the love that is going to be occurring. Some may not understand exactly what is happening in their lives but those of you who are aware, we want you to be prepared. So in this moment, I have been chosen to bring forth the Element of Silence.
To bring forth the element of peacefulness and enlightenment of your soul. And what truly is enlightenment? Enlightenment of the Soul is the capacity of the acceleration of the Divine Three-Fold Flame within each person to fully accept and transform themselves in ways that they have not been able to do so previously. It is very important that each individual understand on a higher frequency within their physical body. There will be changes that will occur but it depends on where you are in your vibrational essence. If your vibrational essence is more grounded within a physical body, it will be an easy flow for you. If your body is not used to handling the higher vibrations, you may find yourself a little off-kilter when the changes occur. Some may not even realize what is happening at the time of the activation but when they occur, please know that within a three-day period you will see a difference. You will see a difference in how your life is enfolded. What we would like for you this week is to have your intention. Sit down and write what it is you want your pathway to open up with at the end of this year, in preparation for 2011. It is very important that your intentions be very strong because wherever your intentions are going to be, that is what the occurrence that is going to happen as in any activation or ceremony that is being created. This ceremony is being activated from the Planetary, to the Solar, Galactic, Universal, Multi-Universal and Cosmic. And not just one activation that is occurring, this is a huge tremendous portal that is going to open up onto the Earth. It is also important, if you can be, to be outside during this time. Being in nature and accessing the nature, grounding the energies into the Earth, are going to make her energies more balanced. The areas that are not balanced are going to be influctuated with challenges geographically. As these challenges occur, there can be an influction of energy surges that can result in weather patterns, geographic changes, influctuation with the air, fire, water, and the earth. The elements are going to be greatly affected. You, individuals, the Light Workers, the people upon the Earth that have the great awareness are the ones that are truly going to assist because you will be able to be the Light Bearers to bring in the frequency in a grounding rate. So it is very important that you think about this in the next few days, where is your intention and where do you want to be? Wherever you are, will assist the geographic area. As the changes happen you will see fluctuations in these patterns that I am speaking about.
I have been brought forth this evening as the overlighting energy to prepare you in the frequency of the Oneness and the Frequency of the Silence, the Frequency of Enlightenment because true enlightenment is peace, joy, and serenity. It’s not the outside circumstances, it is the inner circumstances. I will gladly work with you individually anyone that is on the call, listening to the call, or reading this transmission in the next week. This is a very rare request. I do not work with every individual on the planet. I only work with the ones that truly serious about their pathway but I will assist anyone who puts their request out to me in the next few days up to 10-10-10. So as I sit here in my Dear One’s body. She and I are very closely related and she will tell you that I am not easy. But this week I will be easier than I have ever been before because I want to assist each and every one of you and anyone else that you choose to share this information with. Christine will have this up on her website tomorrow and she will put it out there on Facebook and wherever else you need it to be to get this information out there as quickly as possible so that people are prepared. SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS.
Preparation is the key; this is a huge attunement that is coming to this Earth and to each of you. And the Glorious Light that we all are, it is a blessing that we are all here together. So tonight I want to help you to bring in that calmness that is necessary. Why? It is important to bring that serenity and peacefulness within you because that is tapping into your I AM, your Soul Essence, into the Creative Source of Oneness, into the Family of Light that we all are. Not creating the serenity and using your lower mind, meaning your mental activities and your emotional body to try to correlate into what you should be doing in the next few days will not assist you overall. It may help you in one moment, but it can cause you stumbling blocks along the way. As the energy is changing this week there is a growth pattern that is happening for every individual. As this growth pattern occurs, you start to see a change within you, and you will be able to bring forth the frequency that is necessary to assist you in this process. So as you bring forth these energies within you, you start to understand the process that is happening to you; that is what I am here for this evening.
Let’s all take a deep breath and let’s breathe deeply into our core essence. I want you to get to the core part of your heart swirling deep within beyond the physical, beyond the emotional, and beyond the mental. To just fully accept the Divinity that you Are. And as you fully accept that Divinity with you, you will start to see the changes in the frequency that is going to occur within your body, your mind, and your spirit. Let us visualize ourselves on top of a mountain. On top of this mountain it is clear. The sky is clear, the air is fresh, it is a warm day, there is a breeze but it is very lightly blowing around you. You don’t feel overtaken by the wind. You feel the beauty of the sun. So you have the sun which is the fire, you have the earth that you are sitting upon, you have the air, and in front of you is a beautiful body of water looking down from the mountain, a beautiful lake. You have all these elements within you. As you sit upon this mountain, you feel the frequency of your Spirit, the spark that you are. Allowing this spark to shine, you feel your heart sparkling with that energy. We are sitting upon this mountain and day turns into night.
As day turns into night, there is a spark that reaches out to a star in the heavens which is a correlation with that star. As you sit there, you feel the vibration. Feel the vibration of that star beaming out of you up into the heavens and coming back down to you. It is your Core Essence. This is the Star of your Remembrance. The Star that You Are. Breathe deeply as the vibration of the star comes within you. The vibration that comes within allows you to fully accept the Divinity that You Are. And as you breathe, you feel the expansion. The expansion of your Physical, Emotional, and Mental bodies all becoming One and you feel from that star, your I AM Presence starts to come towards you. Not through your Mind’s Eye, not through your feelings, but within you. Within the Thymus area of your 8th Chakra, the Seat of Your Soul is located. You feel this vibration, you feel this heat sensation. Right within your thymus area and allow that Thymus area to just breathe into whom you are. Breathe into that now and just accept that vibration. Accept the vibration of NOW. It’s not anything else. You are your own vibration all by yourself. Breathe deeply into that area and feel the sparkles of that vibration go through your entire body. It goes through your physical body, your organs, your bloodstream, your cellular memory. It goes through your emotions and your mental thoughts and reverberates as your Spiritual Body becomes the only body there is. You become completely all light. Feel that peacefulness; feel that peace within you as you feel the sacredness that you are. This is your sacredness. This is your presence. Breathe deeply into that allowing it to reverberate through your entire being. There is nothing else that matters in this moment except you.
We are stand up upon the mountain and we see many, many souls. The Temple of 911 participants are with us. This is our family; we are our family. We feel the centeredness of the Global Family of Light that we are. We are masters and teachers, students, healers, messengers, and all kinds of special beings that have gifts we share with each other. What really matters is that we are ONE together. And we start together in Unity as we are all One Being of Light. Feel this beam of Light that we are of a unified group of Light Frequencies. We now center ourselves off the Earth more deeply than we ever have before. We travel through the lands, through the waters, through the deserts, we travel through the mountains, we travel through the forests, we travel through the areas that are unchartered, we travel to the areas that need our assistance, and we bring peace to every person, every living element, every tree, flower, bird, animal, and fish so that all are in Unity in this moment. Allow us to feel that unity together.
We bring our consciousness back up to the mountain once again and now we have grown because we have included the entire planet. We have included Gaia and we feel her heart essence embracing us as we are embracing her. And we embrace all the inhabitants upon the Earth. We ask the peacefulness, the sacredness, the complete relaxation occur for the people for the Earth in this moment and the next moment up to the moments of October 10th, 2010 so that all beings upon this Earth can receive the energies that they should receive. Because if they are fluctuating too much and they are into their mental minds and into their emotions, they will not receive what they should receive to move to the next phase of the consciousness of the planet. The frequency of ascension of this planet is happening NOW; we are moving into this frequency and allow us, right now, to be the ‘wayshowers’ for those that cannot express this within their consciousness; allow us to feel the peace of the moment.
Breathe deeply. I want you to take this peace with you for the next few days and every day think about this peace within you. The more peace that you have, the more serenity, the more strength, and in the final moments you will be able to assist others. Not by doing, not by showing, not by saying, but just by Being. As we are one unified being in this moment we will bring this frequency together. And allow us to fully accept the Divinity that we Are so that we can come together in the frequency of All that Is. In our consciousness of Unified thoughts as we breathe deeply now, we find ourselves back in the Temple. We leave the mountain but you can go there any time to visit and to recreate yourself especially if you are in an environment that you cannot find these type of outside conditions. Let us all look at each other in the Temple as we separate now into our individual selves; there is an essence of peacefulness within each of our hearts that we fully did not incorporate the moment before. And this is the blessing that we have brought forth.
It has been my pleasure as Master Babaji to assist you in this process to bring in the frequency of Silence. Think about this week as you sit amongst yourselves totally in nature and listening to the silence of nature around you. It is a wondrous voice to listen to. Many of us have been on this path of awakening for several years or possibly a couple of decades. We have heard the discussions on how we need to recreate our thoughts so that our reality changes in what we truly desire. We have done the route of affirmations, visualizations, and fully seeing ourselves in a completely new way of Being. And it has worked after intense work.
Once we understand that we must b lend the conscious, subconscious and superconscious minds to allow the I Am Presence to fully have control of our lives, then we can see how our actions form our past have molded our future. We are in an age now where the energetics of the Earth are so very strong that the tedious moments of writing affirmations for 21 days to break a habit are not always the easiest route to take. Please notice that it still helps to do these affirmations but with the higher energies surfacing upon the Earth, there are faster ways to combat the old thought processes.
In order for us to Own our Personal Power it helps to understand how the three minds work separately and then in unsion.
Personal Power is the guiding force of the healthy personality which is first an attitude. We can choose to hold either weakness or strength in each moment. Our power is the energy that we use to enforce our decisions. What if we are in a state of reflection in which those thoughts are not removed through the essence of feeling pure Love? Sometimes we need to understand how the whole process works before it works for us.
We have Three Minds in which we correlate information:
The Non-Reasoning Mind also known as the Subconscious or Lower Self.
Creates threads of energy that contact both objects and other people which can leave the body and follow those threads, i.e., pendulums, psychometry, psychokinesis). It can also sent vital force and thought forms along these threads as in telepathy and prayer.
The subconscious mind can also be called the habit mind. It stores all our habits, both positive and negative. This is the level of consciousness we use when working with affirmations and why they are very important in our Personal Power awareness. It is also where the Law of Magnetism and Attraction operates as well as it continually attracts and repels things according to what has been programmed into it. It is very important to clear the subconscious of limiting beliefs as without doing so the Law of Attraction cannot work favorably towards us.
It also has the ability to sense radiations of energy and is the seat of our psychic abilities. The subconscious has five inner senses that are subtler counterparts of the five external senses:
Inner Sight – Clairvoyance
Inner Hearing – Clairaudience
Inner Smell
Inner Taste
Inner Touch.
The Reasoning Mind also known as the Conscious Mind or Middle Self
It is known as the:
Executive Director
President of the personality
Captain of the ship
Computer programmer
Gardener
Decision Maker in respect to Willpower, discipline, discernment, discrimination, concentration, reasoning.
The Conscious Mind is the programmer, protector, and master of the Subconscious. The Subconscious is meant to be the servant of the conscious mind. Many people, not understanding the concept of the conscious and subconscious laws, let their subconscious mind run them, and thus, can become victims.
Psychological health is the process of letting positive, spiritually balanced thoughts into our minds and is like physical health. If we want to be psychologically healthy, we put good, healthful thoughts into our minds.
The Spiritual Mind
Also known as the Super Conscious Mind or Higher Self which can only help us if we ask for assistance and does not interfere with our free will on a conscious choice.
It can be accessed through

Creating a Shield of Protection
In order to protect our subconscious minds, we need to protect ourselves on a daily basis. It is essential to have this protection when people criticize you, judging, and harsh statements. This can be like a bubble effect around our subconscious.
Visualize a Bubble of Protection around the Subconscious Mind. This is separate from creating psychic protection. This is a shield from the thoughts that can bombard us. It is also a way to foster a positive attitude, and maintaining our personal power, unconditional self-love and self-worth, faith, and trust in God.
Development of Personal Power
Personal power or will is the guiding force of the healthy personality. It is first an attitude. Our power is the energy that we use to enforce our decision. It is also tied in with decisiveness. If one is not decisive, then the subconscious mind or other people will make your decision for you. The subconscious mind has not teachings or reasoning power so in retrospect others can overpower you if you do not take precautions to be empowered.
Part of owning your personal power is being a spiritual warrior in your life. Never giving up and having the will to live is really possession the will to fight. When you use your power over an extended period of time, you develop discipline. When you don’t own your power, one can become depressed. Your power is your weapon with which to fight the negative and align yourself with the positive.
The conscious reasoning mind, with the will or power, directs all the incoming forces. If you do not exercise this right, you can be overwhelmed. People in the extreme state of giving up their power, control, and mastery have become psychotic.
Claiming Your Power
Each morning, when you get up, claim your power by choosing to affirm the attitude in your mind that you possess it. Learn how to channel your lower emotions constructively, like anger. Saying and writing affirmations is essential, preferably 10 or more times daily for a total of 21 days. Claim your power and be the master in your life. Ask for the assistance of your Higher Self and I Am Presence.
You can use this technique “I call upon my I Am Presence to illuminate my Path” See your pathway strewn with illumination of golden and silver hues. Then state explicitly of what you want your day to be like and affirm to yourself these thoughts.
Utilizing all of these tools to blend the three minds will fully assist in the process. We are now in an age of full accessibility through the internet, videos, DVDs, CDs and performing ceremonies for ourselves or in a group setting. Energetics is truly our friend at this stage of our lives and will truly assist us in bringing forth the integration of our three minds. In fact, it is an essential component to assist in the process of accelerating our bodies to move to the 5th dimensional frequency. We need to incorporate the 22 Rays of God and the chakras and energetics is one very powerful source to actualize in this process.
The following decree may be helpful to fully access the integration of the Three Minds.
My subconscious mind is now clear of all negative stimulus,
I Am fully balanced within my Subconscious Mind
My conscious mind is my protector and master of my Subconscious,
I Am fully empowered and discipline myself through the Subconscious Mind.
My higher self is now activated within me as I blend the Subconscious and Conscious Minds,
My intuition is increased through my journaling and meditating daily.
My dream state is activated by the Three Minds of my Subconscious, Conscious, and Super-Conscious fully integrated as One.
I am now Fully Empowered Within.

Well, it has been an amazing two days of traveling. We arrived in Salt Lake City about 2 pm Mountain Time. We decided to rent a Toyota Prius as we are getting about 50 miles per gallon which has been advantageous for the gas. We have driven almost 400 miles and only at half a tank. It is like a “Merkabah” spaceship. Very cool….
We stayed in a town called Pocatello in Idaho last evening which was very relaxing as we were able to get into the Jacuzzi and pool after dinner. Sleep was not a problem after traveling about 12 hours between the air and the car. This morning was wonderful. We took our time which is unusual and got on our way about 11 am. The drive was amazing and we still had about 140 miles to travel. The Snake River follows the road coming towards Jackson and then Jackson Hole. We stopped and took some pictures of the view but hope to do more when we travel back to Salt Lake City on Friday.
Well, it is very interesting as we are staying in a Hostel. Definitely was a culture shock and I laughed as I could hear my father saying, “Well, Chris, looks like you are roughing it.” We talked the girl at the desk in allowing us to be on the 2nd floor instead of the 4th as our bags are so heavy with the extra layers of clothing. Of course, my luggage lost one of its wheels so it has been fun lugging it around.
We are in what is called a private Quad Room and the price was affordable as everything is very expensive here. After we settled in this evening, it seems exactly what we are supposed to be experiencing. This trip is not about being in wonderful accommodations but being out hiking and communing with the energies. “We definitely won’t be spending much time in the room,” is our standing joke presently.
After we moved all our belongings into our new space for the week, we traveled back down Route 390 to find a spot to open up the energies. The front desk clerk shared with us a perfect spot and said, “I am getting chilly bumps”. She seems very enlightened and works in a local organic restaurant which we definitely will be trying.
We traveled about six miles down the road and found the gravel entrance to where people transport their boats to go into Snake River. We happened to find a great spot with a bench overlooking the river. This bench was donated in memory of “Joseph Joe Allen” and we thought it was great we found such a wonderful spot. I am sure his soul was with us on such a wonderful moment.
We opened up the ceremony by connecting with the Native American energies and the Spiritual Hierarchy including Lord Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma overlighted by Divine Mother and Father God and the Creative Source of All That Is. Masters Conficius and Lanto are our leaders during this expedition along with all of the Ray Chohans, Elohim Councils of God, and Archangels of the Rays of God. We stated everyone’s names and asked anyone to be included that read the blogs, or put out their intention to be here with us. I definitely felt the energies change greatly and hope each of you intend to travel to the Mountain Retreat this week.
As we were watching the river, it was so beautiful as the moon was shining above. It was pre-sunset and the view is spectacular. We were talking that possibly we needed to get into the water this week and noticed a young man starting to go in the river for a swim. Now we are up on a hill looking down about 200 yards. The current was very strong, and we were wondering how cold the water must feel. We waited for him as he swam several feet towards a winding point and got out of the water. It also looked very deep. He did this a couple of times. When he and his lady friend, came up to the parking lot we asked him how cold it was. His friend said, “It is freezing.” We mentioned we were thinking of getting into the water this week and she replied, “High noon would be the best time.” That is exactly what we had discussed. We shall see how brave we really get. We were thinking that possibly wearing a thin pair of pants for comfort. You never know what happens to us on these trips and Spirit loves to get us to challenge ourselves. I will keep you posted.
We left the area and really felt the adventure had started. Sometimes it just feels like you are in a dream just as I did in Mount Shasta. Now the reality has set in. We came back to our cabin-type room and totally cleansed the energies with the Golden Light, Sacred Space Spray that I make, and some clearing salt. Wow, our hands were so black and I was hearing some lost energies asking where the Light was. It feels so much better now. We have set up the ascension columns in the space and are ready to sleep wonderfully as we travel to the retreat this evening. Please join us for to experience the amazing energies.
We are off tomorrow to check out the TRAM up the mountain (it saves us a 7.1 mile hike). We lucked out – it is still open for another week and I think it is going to be amazing. Not sure where we are hiking or where we will be guided to do the ceremony for tomorrow but I will share as much of it as I can.
I will be bringing forth a series of informational blogs that may assist some individuals in their healing process and moving more fully into the fifth dimensional physical frequencies. Most of this information is excerpted from my “Spectrum Light Ray Mastery Teachings” which is held each Wednesday evening at 8 PM, EST. Downloads are available for the discussion, meditation and channeling of the class.
Many of these teachings come forth from Dr. Joshua David Stone’s material which I am ordained as an Ascension Teacher and Minister. I will also be giving suggestions on tools that can be done in the present state of frequencies. Some of the tools are elements that many already have in place and please take what you need and leave the rest. My main forcus is to give the basics of Soul Psychology but then integrate the energetics as that is where my teaching energies are going presently.
Loving yourself Unconditionally or Conditionally
Conditional Self Love is about meeting certain conditions within yourself, i.e., having a certain kind of physical body, living as Society teaches us as in working in the Corporate world, feeling better by owning several cars, a house, mortgages, and dealing with the high bills each month.
Unconditional Self Love is based on the understanding that we have worth and are loved because God created us. Our worth and lovableness are aspects of our spiritual inheritance from God.
Self love and self worth come from whom we are, not what we do. We need to get to the core of our being and remove the clouds around us that can overshadow our livelihood and are inherent nature of being a “Child of God.” We also need to learn the balance between selfishness and selflessness. Many of us who have been caretakers for our entire lives have a challenging time of letting go of taking care of others to taking care of ourselves.
Soul Psychology and the Basics
So where are you in the balance within? Do you need assistance with these elements or do you feel your balance continues depending upon your pathway presently? I think each of us needs reminders from time to time and this is why I am bringing forth this information. Many will feel that they have already done the work and may not need specific lessons that I will share. Please take what you need and leave the rest. I am not here to judge; only help individuals who may feel they need assistance.
The basis of our self love comes from a relationship with our inner child. Each of us needs to have a healthy inner child that is the same age as we are. As one that has been through the Inner Child Therapy work, it is a most powerful way to gain acceptance within. If there have been any situations in which your child experienced, loss, pain, trauma, isolation, or just being spoken to in an unhealthy manner, then it is very powerful to connect with him or her. Learning to parent our inner child will create a very emotionally, healthy connection to the inner self.
When we are too critical of ourselves, we are actually giving ourselves “child abuse”. It is important to care for your inner child as you want to be cared for. This in turn, will assist an individual to learn how to care for others without taking on their emotions. As empaths, we have a tendency of not only assisting individuals but taking on their energies. That is very damaging for our emotional bodies and it is important to be aware of these times when you do so. We can care for others, but it is important to have a healthy balance within.
Traditionally, we can utilize various tools to assist our inner children to dialogue with us. One way is to use your non-dominant hand and ask your inner child to speak with you. Ask him or her what he/she needs in this moment. You may find he/she replies with “Love, a hug, sharing, etc.” Visualization is an important key in doing this work. One such example would be to go to a special place in nature, see your inner child walking towards you (I like to use a deserted beach). When you meet sit with each other and share. You are the adult and express that you are here to help him/her feel better about themselves. Take the time to be with each other as it is an important aspect of self love.
Spiritual discernment is very important by making observations about yourself or others. When you feel you have made a mistake, look at the entire situation and oversee it by asking yourself what the lesson has been in this experience. Trust yourself that you are worthy and lovable even though you made a mistake or error in judgment. A critical part of self-love is forgiveness. Forgive yourself and the other party involve. Ask Archangel Michael for assistance. This is a process that I use for myself and clients:
As for the higher self of the people involved in the situation. Go to a special place, like the beach, in the woods, on a mountain or by a stream. Talk to the individual’s higher self from your higher self about good, bad, and minor thoughts. Share from your heart about what happened. AA Michael will then come with his sword onto each of the souls and touch their crown, left shoulder, right shoulder, and heart and say these words “I transmute all of these feelings onto the Spirit of the Christ Consciousness, never to be returned. The Akashic Records will not reflect this event and all karma has been righted.” See the souls leaving your space and then AA Michael comes to you with the same process of the sword and the words. He then adds, “Now please bring into you what you would like in place of removing these energies” Feel it coming into your heart and expanding within your being. You should feel a definite change within your thoughts and reactions to the situation.
If an individual does not have self-love they tend to seek outside of themselves. Love is a survival need and if we do not incorporate it within the self, then dis-ease results. You will end up in compromising positions. Other people become your programmers and the creators of your reality. Your worth is then in their hands. The physical body will also take on the ill feelings and illness will eventually occur. As an example, my sister passed away with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in her lungs. She fought it for five years but she had a very challenging time showing the deepness of her soul to others. I believe this disease was a direct result of her inability to care for herself emotionally.
Once you fully give yourself love and allow yourself to feel so much of God’s love, that you will go into each day feeling totally powerful and loved before you encounter another human being. You will feel full, complete and at one with God.
Examples of Self Love Affirmations
I love and forgive myself totally for all my mistakes, for I now recognize that mistakes are positive, not negative.
My worth is unchangingly positive because it is a spiritual inheritance. It is not increased by my success nor decreased by my mistakes.
I choose to live in the now and not hold the past against myself.
I hereby choose to approve of myself, so I do not have to go around seeking approval from others.
I deserve love because God created me, and my mistakes are not held against me.
I now realize that I am the “I” person, chooser, consciousness, and spiritual being, and that this part of me deserves unconditional love at all times.
I choose to love me as God loves me unconditionally.
I now choose to undo all the faulty thinking society has programmed into me and replace it with self-love.
I choose to recognize that I deserve love and so do other people.
I now realize that God does not hold my misuse of free choice against me, so why should I?
I commit myself from this moment onward to treating myself in a spiritual manner rather than in an egotistical manner. I now choose to and will live within myself a created heavenly state of consciousness.
I now, once and for all, release the ego’s game of “having to do” in order to deserve love and worth. I now fully recognize I have always been lovable and worthy and will always be so.
How to Use Energetics to Get through the Issues
We are in an energetic state presently when these issues can be erased and reset by incorporating higher frequencies. We can do all the tools listed above and many assist in a matter of moments. But, is it necessary to continue doing the affirmations, the visualizations, and journaling on a daily basis to clear the trauma or issue?
No, it is not. And I will be showing you through each of these topics how to feel better about yourself just be accessing your higher presence. I believe the standard psychological tools listed above will help afterward but not to be used continually as we have done in the past. Previously, we were told that it took 21 days to make a habit. What if that habit could be changed just by accessing the higher frequencies, along with the Spiritual Hierarchy to fully assist in the process.
The following is a Decree that will help one to vibrate their energies:
I bring forth the Light Within me
I ask my Higher Self to assist me
I talk to my Inner Child so we can be One
I feel the Light coming within me
As my Inner Child walks with me, together hand in hand
Laughing and playing with one another,
Sharing our memories, all good and bad
The bad ones are removed with the swift movement of Archangel Michael’s sword,
Swish in one moment it was here and not it is gone
I Am One with my Child
I am One with my Higher Self
We all sit together in the Light of Oneness
As Mother, The Heart of God embraces us
And Father, The Will of God brings us strength
